Our main project was to install a portable air conditioner in a room with a casement window. We thought we would have to replace the window with a full-sized traditional window. Joe saved us an incredible amount of money by suggesting, and installing, a much-less-expensive option that works just fine. Furthermore, Joe readily agreed to another project and built a new picnic table bench to replace our dilapidated one and shored up our other bench. "I needed an entire new house system with all duct work installed and lines and power. I had window units for air and baseboard for heat. Greg's team was great to work with. Always on time and very professional. Did a great job on the install and I love the system Can't even hear it run. They worked and listened to me on ideas I had on what I wanted to have done, and we worked well together to come to a final solution that worked, as some of the ducts was hard to install. "Mr. Brocious was hired due to a flooded basement that had destroyed my control board on my furnace. He discovered the clogged drain by noting the water wasnt draining. I ask him to give me a estimate on my clogged drain and got a ** I dont know ** He then tells me he can fix my furnace, I told him my company was coming out the next day to fix it, but the water had to be removed for their safety. He didnt have a pump when he arrived and ask me if I had one! Why would I call a plumber if I had a pump? He had to go get a PUMP! He had to buy one! Never did he mention I would be charged. In fact he gave me no pricing at all, which made me uncomfortable and I should have went with my gut feeling and told him to leave! Long story short, he pumped out the water TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to fix my furnace and CHARGE me for it, and charged me for the pump he bought for his company and took it with him ! I flooded 12 days later, called a competitor who was out in 3 hours, I had to buy a pump, after I was charged for one from this Brocious Plumbing. My furnace was destroyed again! He hadnt cleaned the drain or called ! Run for your life with this man! He is nasty rude and creepy looking. I had a security system installed after dealing with him! The Competition had it cleaned out in under 2 hours, plus found some issue&s I needed to address. I do have my go to plumber now, but I wouldnt recommend this person to anyone!"

"I woke up Friday morning to no hot water at my home. I was given Aaron?s info later that morning from my cousin and called him around 3pm on my lunch hr. He met me at my house by 8pm THAT NIGHT to replace heating elements & thermostats in both of my water heaters. We weren?t sure this would work or if I would need to replace the units (having well water wreaks havoc on appliances over time) but he offered ?the cheaper fix? instead of just pushing new units which I appreciated. The repairs he performed got both units working properly but when we turned the water back on to the house, a leak had sprung at the main shutoff valve that had been damaged from years of exposure to the harsh well water. He immediately said ?well, looks like I?m not leaving?. He then proceeded without hesitation to replace the main valve that controls the water into my home. Had he not done that we wouldn?t have had ANY water for the night. He did awesome work and responded quickly to my immediate need!!!!!! "

Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! They have all been very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!!"
