"Scotty gave an estimate over text chat $500 upfront without looking or analysing the issue. when the guy came, he did nothing but putting some glue at bathtub opening and putty spray in ceiling, he did not find the root cause of the leak, it still leaks and plumbing issue is still there. ceiling is still wet. can't RELY on this guy anymore, have bad reviews as well from others. I want my money back and no response from him"

He did my main drain and left the tore out old drain all over my yard, rescheduled on us multiple times, did not complete the job correctly and now my septic system is totally and completely messed up because of his negligence. Do not use this guy. He is not an honest person at all."

"I would not hire them! Communication was terrible! Never on time! Work quality is poor! Left a mess! Excuses! If it wasn’t the weather, it was the inspectors. I had to insist on a permit being pulled for whatever work was needed! It took them over a month, to do what another company would have done within a week. They are not honest people! Go with a bigger company. I would’ve gotten better service for the same price if not less."
