"In January 2025, Bath Expo converted our tub unit to a shower unit. The shower unit was not only beautiful, but much safer for us to use. After several months, we realized we needed an additional grab bar. We contacted Paul, our very knowledgeable and professional project manager, who came to our home to discuss the addition. Paul scheduled Tommy to install the bar within a few days. Tommy's craftsmanship was excellent, and he was very respectful and personable.
