"Had a toilet overflow badly. Minor damage to the bathroom floor, 1st floor ceiling and basement ceiling. Used Angie's app to call a plumber immediately. Ken Kaiser called back within a of minute and he fixed the problem 1 1/2 hours later. 5 stars for speed! "The technician from Mr Rooter, Ivan came out when expected, saw the problem and give me at cost to take care of the situation. The cost was very reasonable and he became the work. Upon completing the work he cleaned up the area. He did a excellent job, was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely call Mr Rooter again if needed in the future."
