Rick called me soon after I had posted with Home Advisor & came out that afternoon which turned out to be very good because our water heater that morning decided to spring a leak. We discussed what he had available & answered my questions about possibly getting a tankless water heater. after hearing the pros & cons decided to go with a regular gas water heater. He came out the next morning promptly at 9 & was done with the project before noon. We are very happy with the results & are discussing some other plumbing issues for him to handle for us. I am not a paid spokesperson. Rick saved my family over $3K by choosing a water filtration system that he stands behind. Prior to Rick we had the big name brand companies come in and test our well water. Offering a system over $6K and one at over $7K. Rick explained everything in detail and does warranty his work. I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor late at night and Rick called me almost immediately. I explained to him what was going on and sent him pictures of my leaking hot water tank. We are lucky we got as much time out of it as we did as it was 19 years old. He gave me a quote, which was significantly lower than a previous from a different company, and said he could have someone out early the next morning which happened to be a Saturday. Tanner came and switched out the hot water tanks with no problems. The quote was as Rick said and Tanner did a quality job. We are very happy.

The called early the morning I said I needed the work, said they could get it done in the afternoon, Arrived about 3:30 and was done about 5:00 PM. Richard and his helper were both very courteous and completed the job in a very professional manner. Work space was clean when they left and they hauled the old water heater away. I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.
