"We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"

"Was not there for roof the work looks good one day and done now the bad part the day before trim and gutters part got the call someone ordered brown metal was supposed to be grey 3 weeks later still no calls contact them no metal was told as soon as metal is there be scheduled Wright away nope 3 more weeks finally contact Project manager was told the following week on a Thursday take of work 8 am nothing contact manager was told they will be there at 9am by 1030 no one call them again finally they show at 11 with wrong work orders the hole problem with old roof was bad gutters no guard the guard was main topic paid for guard in deal after much frustration salesmen says I didn't order guard but he will throw it in for my inconvenience they start tryied covering rotted wood I stopped that made them replace with one 12 ft. 1x12 was told they got from home depot was told by manager that would be additional 900 dollars that piece of wood was 40 bucks refused it so they installed it anyway then they wrapped my porch and the metal is flush under the wood at on end and 3 inches out of level running down hill to other side there excuse was my porch is not level it's not checked it myself with level the refused to fix it will my wife told them to before putting up gutter I was there the day before correcting there horrible work as they did it they made most of it right when I was there when I had to work they took advantage of my wife and left a bad job for the rest they subcontract to shabby contractors who try to get done as fast as possible quantity over quality the first crew did great second crew very unprofessional not even close to leget osha would of put them out of business no safety tactics the wife calls me at work upset the problems she pointed out they said would be corrected they left and told her it's done and nothing they can do mr roof you need to correct these things immediately please we were told not to make a payment till were 100 % satisfied its probably hour or 2 of work please resolve this problem and train your managers on customer service"

"Disappointed! Roof was installed quickly at an average price but they didn’t solve the problem I asked for. I noted two leaks above my front porch and was assured the new roof would solve the problem. Fast forward a couple months … the roof still leaks in the same spots, . Was told I will need new siding for an additional $3500. I trusted them to solve a problem… they did not do that, Will not use them for any additional repairs. Expensive mistake."
