Tresnak Construction was responsive to to emails and texts. Followed the pre-approved schedule. Workers were courteous and on time. They cleaned up each day and were overall very professional.

salesman did not rush or pressure for a sale. spent adequate time going over color choices. crew was professional and efficient. in my case they were able to finish the job in one day, and they cleaned up really good before they left. their dumpster is a trailer they brought with them. when they left the dumpster left with them. i am very pleased with the results.

It went very well. The crew was phenomenal. Hard workers and efficient. The end result is very satisfactory. I had some metal at the bottom of two dormer windows that had to be removed in the process of the job. Those pieces of metal were put back, but were bent from handling. I brought it to the owners attention and he sent someone out within a few days and the metal was replaced.

I liked the fact that they were able to get the job done quickly. I was impressed that they showed up on the day that said and the job was complete by then end of the day. We had one small issue with the Satellite dish, but that was correctly right away. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied.

They gave a competitive quote and did a very good job. Took them 2 days to finish the job. Did a good clean up after the job. So far I have complains. They are a very busy team. Took them almost 2 months to schedule the job, which I had no problem with.

Chris was great to work with. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with results. One note - I found 5 nails in my driveway after the job was done that could have easily ended up in my tires - take a few extra minutes to clean up well. Otherwise, nice work. I thought they did a good job of installation and insuring proper drainage.

It was A+ through the entire process. The person who did the quote was a pure professional. He did a thorough on-the-roof evaluation. He prepared a detailed written quote with a couple of options (mainly repair vs. replace), with every aspect of the job laid out clearly, which he then reviewed with me - there was nothing left to chance or open for interpretation. When the install date approached, the materials were delivered ahead of time and stored neatly. Tom was in touch regularly to make sure we knew when his crew would be there and what they would be doing. The crew members were friendly and professional (about 9-10 guys) and completed the job in under a day. Clean up was amazing. I told Tom that I do not remember when I had a more pleasant experience with a home contractor. The pricing estimate was nearly perfect. The only reason that we paid a little more than was on the estimate is that the house had more wood-rot damage than normal under the old shingles. Otherwise there were no surprises.

One day before the job, shingles and all the materials were delivered. At 8:00 am, The crew showed up and started the work. As promised, they threw all the removed shingles into the dumpster. As promised, they installed new flashings and counter flashings on all coil pipes, chimneys and walls. As promised, they installed aluminum drip edge to entire perimeter of roof. And, they installed 9 roof vents as promised. The job including cleaning was completed by 1:30 pm. Tom came the next morning for the final inspection and clean up. I mentioned a few minor complaints. He corrected everything. Then, I paid the full amount that they derserved. So far, I have not had any problem with the new roof.

Excellent work. In addition, on the day of service, THEY found an error in their estimate and reduced their cost significantly. Very honest and professional.

They were excellent, they were simply excellent. We found them through Angie's List. They were one of six companies we sought a quote from. They were very close to another company.

The job went extremely well and we love our new roof. Neighbors have asked us who replaced our roof.

Things went very well. Chris came to meet me. He gave me all the options and explained everything to me. I received estimates next day. We also communicated many times by email and I felt very comfortable to hire them to do the business. The prices were reasonable compared to other three I requested. The main reason I chose this company is that Chris was easy to reach for any questions. Before the job started Tom contacted me to confirm all information. Tom was also very nice and considering. He returned my calls and messages even after hours and weekends. He actively involved in some scheduling conflicts to meet my needs. His crews did a good job trying to protect my flowers, lawn and garden. It was very clean after they finished job.

It went perfectly from the estimate to installation. The estimate came in at nearly half the price of the other bid we received. The work was completed on time. The results are outstanding. We would not hesitate to contract with Tresnak Construction for another job.

The work was done well and quickly - over about a day and a half - and I would definitely use this company again for future projects.
