"We are very disappointed in their services. We had them look at 2 properties. We have yet to receive the receipts for the initial service for each location. What little service they have provided was not even worth the initial service fee. It took almost a month for them to get us the estimate and it was so overpriced. We have yet to get the estimate for the other property they looked at. We had a local company cap the chimney for a 10th of the price they quoted us. We received nothing for our money."

I am plenty old enough to know that it could have a number of diseases, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change my stance. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario." As if I didn't know I still needed to pay him."
