There were multiple instances where the inspector was not thorough, and or, utilized an excuse to not inspect further. For example, the inspection report stated, "Sump pump was not accessible for testing due to being sealed for radon mitigation system." The house is sealed for radon, but the sump pump is easily accessible by removing an unsecured cover. Shame on me for not inquiring further, but isn't that what I paid them $400 for?"
