"It went amazingly well. Kody was very understanding of my embarrassment and he was very reassuring that he could get my pest problem cleared up. He showed up in an unmarked vehicle so none of my noisey, but well meaning neighbors knew what was going on. I sure didn't want anyone to know a babysitter brought in bedbugs. "We had severe carpenter ants eating away at our kitchen wall. Integrity sent Jim out and he was amazing! Not only a complete professional, he was kind and understanding. He educated us to understand the problem and how he planned to solve it. He said it would take two treatments and if it needed more that it would be free. It has been 30 plus days now and we haven’t seen any bug in our house! The summer barrier they added was worth it! I felt he truly cared and it showed.
