While there are many good contractors and carpenters out there, what sets Nick apart is his excellent communication skills and willingness to incorporate our ideas into the project in a way that combined our vision for the project and Nick's technical expertise to create a beautiful update to our home. Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! "Chad Thompson of KST started project in April and still hasn’t finished phase 1 as of 9/7/18. They stopped showing up August 3 and we have not seen them since. I have called and texted him every day since but he refuses to answer. We still don’t have counter tops, sink, disposal and dishwasher installed. At this point we just want our counter top that he says he ordered and is in and fence panels. DO NOT hire this company. I know of two other family’s that he has done this to."
