"Inspections were performed and estimates were emailed 3 times, receipts were emailed immediately with payment: twice. Both were sent from 2 different software programs. My apologies that you did not like the pricing on the one estimate. Critter Control has a great warranty, We do NOT walk on slate roofs (lift was required) and we were not able to install products that will not stand up to time."
