"John picked up the three room sized wool rugs that I wanted cleaned. He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery. I was not in a rush to receive the rugs and told him so (my floors were being refinished). He called about two weeks later to set up a drop-off time. The timing was perfect and the rugs look beautifully clean! I plan to use this company again when I'm ready to have rugs cleaned.
