He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery. I was not in a rush to receive the rugs and told him so (my floors were being refinished). He called about two weeks later to set up a drop-off time. The timing was perfect and the rugs look beautifully clean! I plan to use this company again when I'm ready to have rugs cleaned. "With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. Ultimately, we chose to use Teppo's for the entire remodeling job.   Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring.  He coordinated a showroom visit with his favored cabinet and counter supplier, then returned with the kitchen designer twice to check measurements and design ideas.  He was knowledgable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process.  In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics.  The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's  family flooring wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops.  His cabinet and countertop vendor discounts were also substantial.  We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks.  Kevin is very professional (as are his vendors), listens very well to the customer and incorporates these points into his planning."

"We had a flood due to a water supply line break in our under our kitchen sink.  The cabinet under our sink, as well as our hardwood floors were extremely wet due to the amount of water that gushed out of the burst lines.  Additionally, our basement was also affected (it was raining through the ceiling) and the ceiling and floor tiles were ruined.  Puro Clean came out that day, inspected the damage and brought in the equipment the next morning.  We were very happy with the professionalism of the Puro Clean staff and are confident our home is sufficiently dry to make repairs to affected areas.  We cannot comment yet on the price as we have not received a bill yet."
