Excellent work. I am very happy with the results. Jim is humble and dedicated to producing a quality outcome. Even after issues arose with the concrete in my garage, he and his team stayed, continued to work the floor even reaching back to CTI HQ to land on the the right solution. The result is excellent and I very much appreciate his work ethic and dedication.
