"John picked up the three room sized wool rugs that I wanted cleaned. He explained the process they use for natural fibers since I was having three wool rugs cleaned - two of the rugs were modern oriental rugs and one was a modern block-color rug. He gave me an estimated time for completion and said he'd call when the rugs were completed and ready for delivery. "With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room.
