"Odell the technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would welcome Streb back into my home anytime I need electrical work performed. Odell went through the house and did a cursor inspection while I explained the things I needed done. He gave honest input with regards to some simple items that I would be better served doing myself. He covered each item that he could do and their individual costs. Once we determined what he should do, he set off right away and was happy to carry on some light conversation while doing the repairs. It was a great experience and I will make sure to hire them again if I need electrical work done in the future."

If I need any more electrical work in the future, he will be the person I hire! I have no complaints or concerns regarding anything he did."

"Our water stopped and was told by multiple electricians it was most likely the water pump. Advanced Technologies and Electrical fit us into their schedule the same day to see if it was an electrical issue. It was. He temporarily fixed the issue with a plan to come back and fix it properly. I would highly recommend working with them."

"Armand was very thorough and explained everything to us. He is very nice and very reasonably priced for quality work! I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs."

"Kyle was a professional from start too finish. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me advice on what the best practices are for todayâ s electrical standards. My panel was a rats nest and he corrected it by putting in a new box in. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work performed. I plan on having him back for additional work. Thanks again Kyle!"

"Here’s a draft for your review: We recently hired Assurance Factor Electrical while redoing our kitchen. We ran into several unexpected electrical issues that needed to be resolved before we could move forward, leaving us without a functional kitchen. Bill and his team stepped in quickly and addressed everything with incredible efficiency. Their communication was outstanding—Bill explained the work in clear terms and making us feel confident in their process. On top of being skilled professionals, they were friendly, courteous, on time, and genuinely cared about helping us get back on track. Thanks to their quick response and excellent service, our schedule isn’t too far off. If you need reliable and personable electricians, we highly recommend Assurance Factor Electrical!"

"DC = Dale Castro, a top-shelf electrician who services my Generac generator, and repaired a faulty outside electric box/switch. Extremely neat wherever he is working, cleans everything, and to boot: he is a super-charged great person. Consider yourself lucky when he is on premise."

"From the initial start of the process I was convinced that they were the right company for my project. From the project manager to the installers they were genuinely friendly and respectful. I am not being compensated to write this but for all of my future electrical projects will be done by Great Lakes Electrical Service! Kudos on a job well done gentleman!"
