"Thank you [Member Name Removed] !!! It was a pleasure to work for you. I appreciate you & [Member Name Removed]. Please contact me if you have any future projects."
"The customer text me at the time I was driving. I asked him to call... He told me he had 4-5 "electricians" working on his home & basically nothing was functioning properly. I told him that I would come by the next day in the morning. I asked him to text me his name, address, & time I said I would show up. He never text me any information.Next day I looked for his text but it was not in my text messages. I receive multiple calls / text daily... I go through my Angie's List info in the morning & send out messages, text, & calls. His text popped up during this time....I text him & told him he never text the information I asked him to send for the appointment. NO RESPONSE! I received a F rating for information he irresponsibly forgot to provide."
