We ran into several unexpected electrical issues that needed to be resolved before we could move forward, leaving us without a functional kitchen. Bill and his team stepped in quickly and addressed everything with incredible efficiency. Their communication was outstanding—Bill explained the work in clear terms and making us feel confident in their process. On top of being skilled professionals, they were friendly, courteous, on time, and genuinely cared about helping us get back on track. Thanks to their quick response and excellent service, our schedule isn’t too far off. If you need reliable and personable electricians, we highly recommend Assurance Factor Electrical!

Bill and his crew tackled a job they have never seen before or done before. The job was quite unique in its design and they performed the task of attaching to the ceiling as well as the electrical in a professional ,absolute immaculate job! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, consideration,courtesy ,timely manner, everything that is essential for a Quality job performance!

Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck. Brad then proceeded to change all the track light bulbs without extra charge. We are happy with the service and would recommend Assurance Factor Electric. "Bill is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have now had him do alot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with I called him on the first and he was out to review the big project. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had us cooled off in no time! Since then we have had him fix all kinds of odds and ends old house issues we had ignored and accumulated for years, gave us new dedicated plugs for everywhere, added indoor/outdoor lights/fans and switches throughout the house and put in a beautiful new panel. Our house is old and tried to throw him alot of wrenches, no problem for Bill. He has decades of experience and amazing patience that guides him through whatever surprises your house may try to toss his way. Bill’s work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection!
