Matt had to replace an inducer on our Rheem furnace. He was polite, efficient and cleaned up any debris as well as discarded the faulty part.

Have used Broadview Heating for several years for furnace and A/C. Always courteous, professional, always clean after services, and customer service extremely helpful. Recent 12/30/22 furnace service -came within 24 hours of request. Received call on the way. Technician very thorough to identify cause of problem, replaced parts, and the house is toasty warm! Again, I am extremely confident when recommending them.

Broadview more than doubled the price for parts for our repair, This put our bill 260.00 over the (reasonable) amount allowed for by the warranty company. We had budgeted the warranty deductible and ended up paying in excess of 300.00. Customer service who promised to call back twice in regards to this issue never returned any calls.

AC went down on 95 degree day, Broadview Heating was backed up with customers but willing to send someone. Even though they came to work on my AC at 7:00 PM, they did not charge me overtime pay, but the regular hours as I made the appointment the day before. That was very nice of them. This first time customer is impressed! Also, Kurt, the guy who did the repair was prompt, professional, great guy. I will bring Broadview back to my home if I need AC/furnace work because I trust him. I conversing with Kurt, I am confident I will get the straight story on any potential repairs or replacements.

Sure to the age of the current system, we got some bad news but Broadview Heating did a great job and have us a good deal on a new system. Just deciding whether to do it now or after winter.

They've been very responsive. We had a furnace go out on New Year's Eve Day and they stayed until 7 o'clock to put a new furnace in. They were committed to doing whatever it takes. They've been a great company to work with. They've been great. We've had them here 3 or 4 times over the last 4 or 5 years. Their price is competitive because we shopped around. They are highly professional, dedicated and very competent. They just do the job right and everything looked really neat. They had to run some extra pipe and it looked really nice.

I have a contract with them so they come out and clean the air conditioner and furnace. I am very very pleased with them, I've had them for years. I've only had to have one repair done since I've been using them. I hate to be redundant, but I've been really happy with them.

They took the liberty to discuss my service, performed 2 years ago with my potential buyers, giving them erroneous info in the process. I feel this is a complete lack of professionalism, although they perfomed the service well 2 yrs ago. Careful who you let in the house!!

Our boiler was out. We have radiator heat. They are one of the few that we know that can actually handle our system. We had a leak that could have been deadly had they not found it. It could have been a carbon monoxide leak, because it is an older system, they actually could not get the part that we needed, so they were able to cut and fashion the part needed. They always do good work for us.
