"1) Liam and his co-worker, Mark, did a great job of replacing the 2 light fixtures. The builder grade light fixtures over the bathtub in the hall bathroom and over the shower in the master bathroom had a spring mechanism to hold them in place that broke in a house that is just 7 yrs. old. They were replaced with light fixtures that are now LED white light. (We were given the choice of yellow or bright, white.) They are flush mounted and the old ones were not completely flush. 2) During the construction of our home, which was completed in March 2012, the siding was placed over the hall bathroom fan vent. Unfortunately, the opening for the vent was never exposed. Additionally, the vent cover was not able to be freed from the siding. So, they were able to cut a hole next to it in the siding, move the 3" pipe, and install the cover. I had already arranged with Liam that we would supply the cover because we wanted to make sure that it had the grating to keep the Starlings out. (They are notorious in this neighborhood for getting into every cavity that they can.) We are very pleased with all of the work that was completed and highly recommend Liam and Mark."

"I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."

"Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. "Our experience with Logan Services was very disappointing. I told Andy (the Logan salesperson) in person and in writing that we would like to keep our analog thermostat, instead of getting a new, smart thermostat (we already have a smart thermostat for an existing system, and we prefer the analog functionality). He said of course. On installation day, the installer informed me that the new system required a smart thermostat. So we had to accept a new, smart thermostat. The detailed quote Andy provided for the replacement of our A/C and heating units included a manufacturer rebate and tax credit that would be refunded to us after the installation. The system we selected would be eligible for a $1400 rebate and a $1200 tax credit on our 2024 return. Three days after our installation, the Logan office called to follow up on the new system. I asked at that time how I could claim the manufacturer's rebate, because there wasn't a form or application in any of the paperwork I received. I was told that Logan would apply for the rebate and I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. It is now more than 8 weeks later, and I have not received anything from Trane. Now Logan claims that the rebate must have already been applied to the cost of our system. This is not true. The price Logan quoted remained the same from the original quote to the final invoice, and it did not include a deduction for a rebate. I do not recommend doing business with Logan."
