Took advantage of Air Authority’s free second opinion program and sure glad we did. Air Authority quickly provided us with a fair offer, gave recommendations to save us money, and installed a new furnace within just a few days. They are professional and helpful without any pressure tactics. We will have Air Authority do all of our HVAC maintenance despite the fact that we could have this done free of charge through another company.

They stayed within the quote that was given the time frame that it would be delivered and how long the job would take also the workers were nice friendly and professional we have two furnaces so we will definitely be calling them when it’s time to replace the second one Timothy Jones

Have been a customer since 2010. The guys showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Never stopped working and were done earlier than I expected. Cleaned up all the old equipment and debris as promised. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute EXCELLENCE all around! Air Authority was professional from beginning to end. We shopped several HVAC companies for our new AC/Furnace. We received 5 quotes. Air Authority was the most professional and thorough of all the companies that visited our home for a quote. We worked with Eric and he consistently went above and beyond with helping us to determine the best unit for our home. He has excellent communication skills and was always reliable throughout the entire process. Other companies had recommended much larger units but Eric was able to help us see why we did not need a bigger, more expensive system. The install was on-time, as promised, and went smoothly! The team was extremely professional and courteous. They took time to clean up afterwards and did a fabulous job. It has been about 3 months now and we already see a tremendous drop in our electric bill. The only regret I have is not doing it 5 years ago! I highly recommend Air Authority! You will NOT be disappointed.

It was excellent! We have a contract with this company for semi annual maintenance on our 20 year old unit. They are always very friendly and punctual. They are wonderful at explaining things to their customers and they always make great recommendations to maintain our unit. Their prices are reasonable and they are extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them!

Called Air Authority to come out for a problem I was having with my furnace. It was intermittent and I had been dealing with it all weekend trying to avoid an emergency service call. They scheduled someone to come the same day. Matt called 15 min in advance of arriving and was very professional. I explained what it was doing and what I was doing to try and get it running again. He performed several tests and determined the root of the problem. He explained the tests that he was performing when I asked and was very polite and thorough. When he installed the part he performed some additional diagnostics and fixed several misconfigurations on the system showing me the proper tech specs and the values out of range. In addition, he found that the furnace to thermostat wiring was not compatible with all the features it was capable of and set a switch to get it operating appropriately. These things would have been operating improperly for years. Matt and company went above and beyond working on my furnace. Not only did they repair the broken parts, they fixed things other companies either didn't catch or didn't take the time to look at. I signed up for a service agreement with them on the spot (and I asked about it, they weren't pushing it.)

I came home to a very cold house from a quick vacation in warmer climates. I was immediately concerned as in only a couple days temps where to drop below 0. I have a friend who does HVAC diagnosed one issue that we were able to resolve, until another issue crept in with a control board failure on my 20 year old unit. With very limited time to play with before the cold temps arrived I reached out to Air Authority on Thursday and they came same day as an after hours call. There was a slight increase of cost here, but this entire service fee would be 'credited' to any repair performed. As diagnosed previously it was indeed a control board issue however the cost of the control board and the potential that other issues may arise soon after an already costly fix it was recommended to not put the money in the fix, but to instead replace. I conferred with a couple folks and decided that it may very well be the right time to bite the bullet here. Being it was already Thursday however I was concerned about getting everything installed before the weekend brought in the 0 degree weather. The initial statement from the service technician was it was likely that they may not be able to install until Monday. Shortly after the technician left I received couple of calls stating that if I was interested someone could come by first thing Friday morning quote based on my options, and then they would rearrange some scheduling to fit me in knowing that I was really concerned about the coming cold. I took them up on this offer, 7:30 AM someone was here quoting me, and I accepted what I felt was a reasonable price. Was it a GREAT price, probably not, but I do believe it was quite fair especially considering the circumstances. As promised the service fee was knocked off the quoted price and I had folks show up at around 10AM ready to start installing. Installation when smoothly for me, as I just sat back and waited, they had some issues with the cabling from the system to the thermostat which held them up a bit longer than they anticipated I believe but they resolved the issues and moved on, and I had heat a bit before 3PM. The installers cleaned up the area they were working in very well, where very pleasant and provided a crash course on the new thermostat, and quick overview of the furnace itself and new filter box which was also installed. I'm writing this review after the cold weekend, and couldn't be happier with the service and a functioning heater.

Great, you may call it a fix in 5 mins but that 5 mins was worth it when you wake up cold on Christmas morning.

Our AC unit was 18 years old and needed replacing. I got 3 quotes and chose to have Air Authority replace. Their quote was competitive, thorough, and Trane units get good reviews on independent sites. The installation crew was on time and very professional. They encountered one issue on the install, but worked through it. The new unit has worked great over the very hot weekend. We had been with another company for 18 years, but will have AA doing AC/furnace working going forward.

Tony and Mike (the installation team) were terrific. In fact, the entire experience was very positive from Larry (the technician who came out for a second opinion) to Jack (the salesman) who sold us our new AC. We had been with another company for over 13 years and were reluctant to transition to another company. We are so glad we did. Very professional from start to finish.

Came out on a Saturday morning. Technician was courteous, knowledgable, thorough, and forthcoming about cost and availability of the part we needed. He promptly repaired the unit and gave us recommendations for extending the new board's lifespan.

I am using Air Authority regularly for my furnace and air conditioning tune ups. They are very professional, punctual and friendly. The are probably not the cheapest company out there, but I will gladly paid a little more for good service.

They arrived promptly, cleaned the furnace and were done in a very reasonable time. We will hire them again.

From calling in and speaking to Kayla on both occasions (who was very helpful and friendly) to Brian P. who serviced both houses with expertise and efficiency it was a wonderful experience. I appreciated the honest and helpful advice that Brian gave me to ensure my HVAC unit was taken care of... he is someone I would highly recommend!!! He went the extra mile to demonstrate caring service.
