"I woke up Friday morning to no hot water at my home. I was given Aaron?s info later that morning from my cousin and called him around 3pm on my lunch hr. He met me at my house by 8pm THAT NIGHT to replace heating elements & thermostats in both of my water heaters. We weren?t sure this would work or if I would need to replace the units (having well water wreaks havoc on appliances over time) but he offered ?the cheaper fix? instead of just pushing new units which I appreciated. The repairs he performed got both units working properly but when we turned the water back on to the house, a leak had sprung at the main shutoff valve that had been damaged from years of exposure to the harsh well water. He immediately said ?well, looks like I?m not leaving?. He then proceeded without hesitation to replace the main valve that controls the water into my home. Had he not done that we wouldn?t have had ANY water for the night. He did awesome work and responded quickly to my immediate need!!!!!! "

"Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

"Our experience with Logan Services was very disappointing. I told Andy (the Logan salesperson) in person and in writing that we would like to keep our analog thermostat, instead of getting a new, smart thermostat (we already have a smart thermostat for an existing system, and we prefer the analog functionality). He said of course. On installation day, the installer informed me that the new system required a smart thermostat. So we had to accept a new, smart thermostat. The detailed quote Andy provided for the replacement of our A/C and heating units included a manufacturer rebate and tax credit that would be refunded to us after the installation. The system we selected would be eligible for a $1400 rebate and a $1200 tax credit on our 2024 return. Three days after our installation, the Logan office called to follow up on the new system. I asked at that time how I could claim the manufacturer's rebate, because there wasn't a form or application in any of the paperwork I received. I was told that Logan would apply for the rebate and I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. It is now more than 8 weeks later, and I have not received anything from Trane. Now Logan claims that the rebate must have already been applied to the cost of our system. This is not true. The price Logan quoted remained the same from the original quote to the final invoice, and it did not include a deduction for a rebate. I do not recommend doing business with Logan."

Here’s how AC professionals will clean your AC coils:

  1. Unplug the AC unit or turn off the breaker to the unit in your circuit breaker box.

  2. Remove the faceplate.

  3. Spray a vacuum hose attachment or compressed air can to remove debris, dust, dirt, and grime.

  4. Use a soft-bristled fin comb to remove stubborn caked-on debris.

  5. Use the vacuum hose to suck up any extra debris.

  6. Take a coil-safe cleaning solution and spray it onto the coils. Try to choose a no-rinse solution.

  7. Let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes.

  8. Gently wipe away loosened grime and debris with a microfiber cloth.

  9. Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.
