Jim and Mark have created a great company that has been in business for over 30 years. Patio Room Factory (PRF) offers sunrooms and decks that are made from the finest materials. They have cut out the middleman and deal directly with manufacturers and quality suppliers. This allows PRF to offer high quality sunrooms and decks at a reasonable price. The Patio Room Factory offers creative solutions and delivers a high quality product. PRF developed and submitted all plans to the county and home owners association, secured the necessary permits from the county, and obtained all approvals from the inspectors. The PRF crew prides themselves on doing the job right! They sweat the details and it shows in their work. Their goal is to satisfy the customer and exceed expectations. Mark and Jim were very easy to work with and their attention to detail excellent. If we had concerns with one area of our project they would make adjustment. My Patio room exceeded what I thought I would have. Thank you both for a great addition and for keeping the project area clean. This was fascinating to watch my room come to life. All of their workers were very polite and respectful.

I absolutely recommend Patio Room Factory. I love my awning. The two installers who came to my home to install awning did a fabulous job, they were very polite and cordial. I feel they went over and beyond what was expected. Very pleasant and professional men. Mark, one of the owners, was also very professional and pleasant to work with. Always kind and kept in contact with me throughout the entire project. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

One of the owners, Mark, came out personally to assess our situation (replacement awnings). He was very personable and kind. He gave us an estimate on the spot—it was very reasonable. We knew the job would be done right when Mark came out two more times to double check measurements before having the awnings made. They came in much sooner than we expected and the crew did a wonderful job getting them up and in place. This business it’s crew are a pleasure to work with.

Workers were very efficient and friendly. Did a very nice job tearing down my old roof over a concrete patio and then installing a new screened-in porch.

This was an amazing experience and I really can't express enough the quality of the work but also the amazing personal input but Jim and his son. Just tremendous. If I could give them higher than 5 stars I would. Rate them as a 20 on a scale of 1-5. You will be glad you did business with them

Very helpful and professional, they were not the lowest quote I received, but seemed much more knowledgeable and better reputation than the others. So glad I went with this company.

They were honest and up front from the beginning that it may take a little while because they were busy with prior commitments to big jobs, but they would work me in between as soon as they could. They did just that and did a fantastic job! The awning looks great. I have had nothing but compliments from everyone, including strangers that saw it go up. I will definitely call them first for any additional awning work I have done!

He followed up on my complaint. The work is now completed and looks very good. I am very satisfied.

Completion of this project took far longer than anticipated

The company was easy to work with. Their customer service was top-notched. They installed 2 door and 2 window aluminum awnings and they did a great job.

Salesman came out very nice answered all my questions gave me a time frame then never heard from him again . Communication with them was not best . Workers were very nice and friendly answered questions did excellent job .. I am very satisfied with porch have gotten positive comments from family,friends and neighbors . I am very happy with my sunroom and I think they did a great job and the workers were very polite and did whatever I asked. They were great. My husband and I were very pleased about the sunroom and the two workers.

I have never had a company that was so good. They had to custom make a metal awning and had it done in two days and it took them less time to install the awning than it took them to drive to my location.

They did a great job. We had a little concern with some bolts & they came out & touched them up & did a great job. Even if there was a question they addressed it & they were top notch.
