We selected “The Patio Room Factory” to install a sunroom addition onto our house. They were able to take an original deck that was falling apart, and build a beautiful sunroom in its place. Jim and his team were also able to handle the customizations that we requested too. The whole team is very innovative in coming up with creative ways to add things we asked for such as outside lighting, data and video jacks, as well as separate electrical circuits. Mark and his crew did a great job on our 4 seasons room. We needed extra space and they did quality, professional work at a competitive price. Their price includes everything and there are no "hidden" costs or gimmicks. The room is well-insulated with real windows and the HVAC unit keeps it plenty warm in the winter for true year-round use. We had some delays in construction because of COVID, but any time there was a problem Mark addressed it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend the Patio Room Factory!

The crew drove from Columbus to Jackson several days for installation. Both turned out great!! Crew was very sensitive toward protecting landscape as was a high priority for me. Multi phone calls to make sure all was ok after installation. Would highly recommend!!

They were honest and up front from the beginning that it may take a little while because they were busy with prior commitments to big jobs, but they would work me in between as soon as they could. They did just that and did a fantastic job! The awning looks great. I have had nothing but compliments from everyone, including strangers that saw it go up. I will definitely call them first for any additional awning work I have done!

It went really well. We were so pleased with the results! The work started as was scheduled and was completed on the date per the schedule. We couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The Patio Room Factory built a new deck on my house and they did a fantastic job. From the initial contact to the end of the job they were very polite, professional and courteous. I get so many compliments on my new deck! I would definitely hire them again!

I just had a fiberglass patio awning replaced with a metal one from The Patio Room Factory. The original covering was very old and dirty, but I wanted the wooden framing left intact. The install and finished product were even better than I had expected. It looks great and the company was very easy to work with. Mark Yates, the sales rep, was always accessible whenever I had a question and they even postponed the install scheduled for last fall till spring because of an unexpected surgery I needed. I would recommend this company and know you would be pleased with any work you might need done by them!

Received an estimate on 10/16/17. Order was taken that day. Awnings were installed on 11/30/17. They removed old awnings and hauled away. Installed 2 new door awnings and 2 window awnings. Cleaned up all debris. The workers were professional and customer oriented, very friendly and polite. These aluminum awnings were made to order so it took a little longer to process order. I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism and customer service.

There was a little confusion at first, but once the quirks were worked out, it went very smooth.

My wife and I were looking for a three season room. After bids from three other companies of over $100,000, I had given up. Then I called The Patio Room Factory. I was reluctant because I expected a prefabricated aluminum room. What we got was the opposite. I worked with Jim Renz on designing this room and he is a one of a kind and so are his rooms. I can’t speak highly enough of his integrity, professionalism, insight and flexibility. Not to mention the price. The total price was around $60,000 including heating and cooling. The room was designed and built to our specifications. I spoke with Jim frequently during the project, sometimes multiple times a day to work out the fine details. If he was unable to answer my call, he always returned my call within a few hours. He provided professional input to what he thought would work and look best but always went with my decisions. This is cliché but he built the room as if it were part of his own home. The sunroom has transformed our house on the inside and out. It is perfect for eating breakfast, for the kids to play in and for hosting parties. Since the room is south facing, on sunny winter days it is 25-30 degree warmer than the outside temperature. With the low-E windows the room does not get hot even on the hottest summer days. We occasionally use the heater and A/C in the room, but not very often. The outside is white and grey cedar siding to match our house. It looks as if it has always been there. I recommend you call Jim if you are considering an addition.

I met with the owner, Mark Yates, to discuss our options. He was very considerate and I never felt pressured to do more than we could afford. As it turned out, we replaced the screens, added a better functioning door with a kitty door for our cat. That was an added feature I didn't think of but was grateful for the suggestion. Patio Room Factory worked within our budget. Mark would check back from time to time to see how we are getting along. We love our porch, and it has become an extension of our living room. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was also pleased that the workmen were careful of my garden and plants around the area where they were working.

Wonderul! Patio Room Factory was professional, friendly, helpful and they did a wonderful job building and installing our overhang. We would definitely contract their services again. They are the best in the city for both excellence and price!

Jim was awesome - showed up to all appointments on time and prepared to show samples/answer questions. Site conditions turned out to be slightly different than expected (existing deck structure was not level) but Jim and his crew quickly adjusted and made it work! Very efficient and high quality work. Very pleased with the end product and looking forward to enjoying my screen room for many, many years to come!

They showed up as promised to give me an estimate.  He was very professional and explained my options well.  I got another estimate after theirs.  Their price was better and I felt more comfortable with them.  I called them and told them to go ahead with the work.  They came back out to finalize the deal that night telling me it would be 2-3 weeks for completion which was fine.  The next week he called and told me there was an opening and that they would be there that day.  Within a week and a half after my initial contact my job was complete.  My new awning/roof is well constructed and looks beautiful.  Don't hesitate to use this company.

Mark Yates was our first contact with The Patio Room Factory.  We were very happy with the way Mark listened to what we wanted and walked around and looked to make sure that what we wanted could be done.  Mark did not high pressure us into to getting something that we didn't want but did offer us suggestions that were helpful. 

The installers were the next people that we had contact with at The Patio Room Factory and they were very friendly, did there work quickly and cleanly. They removed all of the debris.   

We were so happy with our experience the first time that we went ahead and got the rest of the windows done on our home.

They were in contact with me several times from the time i got the estimate and agreed to do the job. I put half down, and would pay the rest after completion and inspection. They called with updates and expectations around when a good time for installation would be. When they came to do the install they were on time introduced themselves to my wife so she would know who was doing the work and set a good timetable and expectations of what work was going to be done when. They were very clean and neat during the work not leaving a mess around which i definately appreciated. They used levels on the railings and awnings to keep everyhting perfectly alligned. They even asked a few times during for thoughts and feedback on the progress. It was completed exactly how i had asked, and how we had discussed. The awning is rock solid, more so than i had expected for the type of awning. It looks beautiful and all of my neighbors are asking who did it because it increased my curb appeal significantly. I would highly reccomend these guys if you are looking for a good priced awning that is installed correctly and looks very nice.
