We had Dakota, and helpers Josh and Danny out to trim all the bushes, and small trees in our community. They were so conscious, and did a great job. Best that this community has ever had. Really appreciate their work.

I would not recommend Property Worx after all the struggle and misinformation I went through. Though their workers did a good job on my fire pit and sitting wall, working with their designers/project manager/owner was a terrible experience and they did not take accountability for it – somehow seemed to be all my fault. From Property Worx first firing the project manager I was originally working with and no one telling me nor listening to me what was previously discussed with him, to all the miscommunication on what was included/not, to not listening when I was ready to start the project and blaming me for the delays, to being given an electrical allowance - one that I was promised by the project manager they fired I would not come close to as it was just a buffer in the event we needed to install a new outlet or put the lights on a switch (we did not go with those options) - but then was still charged the full amount was a mess. When I asked for a detailed invoice to see where the discrepancies were in the electrical allowance and why the price was so high, I got a high level explanation and was never provided one. In fact, they turned defensive as if they were hiding something or making up for something somewhere else. I even asked to speak to the owner and sent an email to the project manager’s boss asking to speak, however no one returned my calls or emails. It went silent on their end, except for the project manager asking for his money three times/weeks before the invoice was actually due. I never once mentioned a discount of any sort, and was planning to pay the full amount without any hassle as I just wanted to be done dealing with them. All I asked for was a detailed invoice, one an organized company should have, and they couldn’t/wouldn’t provide one. Either the labor to do electric was greater than 60% or the upcharge on the materials was outrageous. With what started out as a positive experience with the first project manager, unfortunately ended badly with terrible/rude customer service and poor communication. I will not be recommending them to anyone and regret choosing this company.

We had our failing patio in the back rebuilt and reconfigured while we were at it. It was maybe a little more challenging than doing a new patio, but all the issues were resolved and we are pleased with the results.

We chose to go with Correy Fletcher and his team because we were impressed with our initial meeting with him. He brought visuals of his work in the past and as part of his estimate, sent us a visual rendering of what our patio would look like with our chosen colors/styles For the actual work, Correy's team was on-time, friendly, and professional. The project took longer than anticipated because of weather conditions but Correy was very communicative about the delays. All parts of the contract were fulfilled. A nice touch that we appreciated is that they pressure-washed the driveway to clear it of tractor tracks, scuffs, etc. The only feedback we have for this project is that we weren't thrilled about the large open corridor between the stairs leading down to the patio and the foundation of the house. We didn't know this would be something we didn't like until the end of the project. We highly recommend future clients to consider what they want to do with that space (keep it open or close it up) and remember to bring that up during your project estimate.

The positive: Work was completed on time and for agreed-upon price, cleanup was good. The negative: 1) After the patio was completed and payment made, we discovered that much of the patio flooded after moderate to heavy rains, and could take most of the day to drain (our old patio, an impermeable concrete pad, never flooded). When we contacted Fletcher's we were given the excuse that they'd designed the patio to drain away from the house. Fine - but a well-designed patio should have sufficient drainage not to flood after a rainstorm. 2) Some inferior lumber was used to construct the pergola (contained large cracks). 3) Pavers around the pergola footings heaved markedly after winter freezes/thaws. 4) The crowning touch: recently we experienced a partial collapse of a paver stoop that was part of the project (caused by a burrowing woodchuck). I left a voicemail with Fletcher's requesting they contact me to arrange repair of the damage. I never heard back from them. Evidently this was too small-time a project for them to bother with, they were still miffed that I had complained about the patio drainage problem, or both. Either way, it was rude and unprofessional not to get back to me to explain that they weren't interested.

Yes you did call me shortly after the project was completed about the draining. The picture hat you sent showed the patio with a little bit of water resting in the far back corner away from the house. I had explained that the patio was meant to drain away from the house and that all that needed done was to remove some of the built up garden that you had around the patio. I had also explained that the previous concrete that we removed was sloping towards the house and draining down along side your foundation and that is why you did not see the water. You had never mentioned that you were not happy with the pergola or any other problems with the pavers around it. With the recent phone call, it was a couple of days ago and I apologize for not calling back promptly. I am a small company and I handle all of my calls, emails, and projects myself and I get very tied up at times so I apologize for not calling back after a couple of days. In the mean time I will be calling to see if we can fix the problem. Again I apologize for this on the parts that I can control."

Team was very professional and hard working. Correy supplied a visual 3d design prior to the work. The work was done in just a few days and with high quality. I would hire Fletcher again. I did not shop around prices much, so not sure how the price compares, but it seemed fair based on the professional work done.

Correy and his crew did a great job and we would hire him again. We had a very specific design in mind and he was able to provide a computerized sketch that helped us envision the end result. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the only thing that held up progress was a very rainy week, so we'd advise anyone with a deadline in mind to always allow extra time. Our new steps are great. We can't believe how much of an improvement they are to our back patio and only wish we'd done this sooner!

The team showed up everyday on time for two weeks, cleaned up everyday and planted new grass that was trampled by the bulldozer. They were nice and did a Fantastic job within my budget. Correy himself was on site almost everyday working right along with the crew!

I could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. Correy worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted within our budget. The crew was incredibly friendly and professional. They were at our house promptly every morning and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I was pleasantly surprised by quickly the work was completed and it looks even better than we could have imagined. We have received so many compliments since the work was finished!

Corey and his staff were great. They did an amazing job and were courtesy and receptive to our needs. We originally hired Corey just for the patio work but then due to our satisfaction with that job, we hired him for our fence project as well as the removal of a few trees, replacement of screens and some rotten wood panels on our screened in patio and laying down a flagstone walkway on the side of our home. We look to hire him again in the future for other miscellaneous projects. I would highly recommend Fletcher's!

We were impressed with Correy after our initial meeting; after receiving two other quotes and design ideas, Correy's was the only one with great thought put into the design to think outside the box while also abiding by city guidelines. He was happy to send along several iterations and ideas to us, and while he couldn't always get back to us right away (con of a small business), we often found him staying up until 2am just to keep to his word and provide us with next steps. Correy was on-site at the beginning and end of the project, and stopped by as needed in between (pro of the small business). His team was prompt, professional and knowledgeable, and they worked hard to keep our project to the timeline Correy had promised. The team demo'd an existing small patio and stairs, then dug, leveled ground, and laid pavers for a new patio, fire pit and seating wall. Correy was happy to address any potential issues or concerns we faced throughout the project, which took 6 business days to complete, and ensured we were happy with the end result before requesting payment. Correy was recommended to us by a neighbor and we would recommend him to others.

I had crumbling steps and a back cement sidewalk behind my duplex. There was quite a slope to the back yard as well which prevented me from even attempting to install a paver/brick patio myself. I had 5 Angie's list companies give me quotes and Correy Fletcher was the most professional, punctual and gave me a rendering of the job along with the quote. It was exactly was I was looking for--it was actually better than I what I had envisioned. While I wanted to write a review sooner, I'm glad that I've waited over 18 months. As I said there was quite a slope to my yard and a small retaining wall had to be built to support the deck, which they filled up with dirt and grass seed, however after 2 winters and lots of traffic, the patio is still in perfect condition and my neighbors and I use it regularly. I would use Fletcher Brick Paving again in a heartbeat! I don't see how to leave photos or I would, Correy's rendering looks just like the final product!
