"With the exception of two glass block windows in the basement, we have had Empire Windows replace all the windows and a sliding glass door in our home.  The actual replacements were installed between 1999 and 2003.  We have since had them come out for various small issues which they alway addressed with reasonable pormptness.  They even left me with a bag of replacement flip-up tabs for my sliding windows.  We've always been happy with the friendly,professional service Empire has provided.  We like our windows very much.

"A1-Quality-Work!
I had a small job on our roof and a few contractors came and gave quotes. Not only was Andrew's Roofing's quote reasonable, but they were pleasant, on time, and professional. 
What bothered me with most other contractors that they all seem to have found "sever problems" with the roof and offer their services to maintain and repair those problems. 
The interesting thing is that each roofer found different problems, and when asked about the other issues (that previous contractors found) they always said that that's not a concern. 
On the flip side, some roofers I've had out over the past 10 years thought it could be fixed with some very expensive caulk. 
Andrew's Roofing was the only contractor that thought that the roof was fine and didn't require expensive repairs. Our roof just needed some maintenance -- we had a couple small leaks around the chimneys. We had several contractors over the years caulk or re-flash around them but it never fixed the underlying issue. Andrew determined the problem required the shingles around the chimneys to come off and replaced the rotted wood underneath and installed ice and water shield all around the chimneys before painstakingly replacing the shingles. 
We haven't had any leaks since, and the roof looks great.

"I used to do roofing and put the previous roof on my house. I watched as they performed all the work and was extremely impressed at their speed and efficiency in completing the entire job in just over 1 day. The ridge caps, skylight and chimney flashing were professionally installed (see photos) and I was a little embarrassed to admit that I had done the previous work after seeing their work. Anchor was very courteous and professional in giving me a quote and were not in the least "pushy" in getting me to commit. Due to the extensive hail damage in our area there were many outfits that were vying for my business. They came when they said, provided a detailed contract and performed above and beyond my expectations. I was most impressed at how little mess was made. I have extensive flower beds around my home and nothing was touched! They even scoured the perimeter with a magnet to catch stray nails. They are local and professional and competitively priced.
