"I would like to respond to this 3 star review. We truly appreciate any and all feedback. We constantly strive to become better and all feedback helps. In regard to the price of the job and Value for Money: We are priced very competitively in the market. We are not the highest cost nor are we the lowest cost. We are in the middle. Unfortunately over the past 2 years the cost of materials and labor has dramatically increased and that has forced us to raise our prices slightly. In regard to Customer Service: We received the lead notification on Nov 20 and followed up with a phone call and email within 24 hours. We continued to follow up over the next 7 days and finally connected on Nov 28 and the initial appt was scheduled for Nov 30. The contract was signed at that appt on Nov 30. That same day the material order was placed with Velux. On Dec 13 we were notified the skylights arrived at the warehouse. We reached out that same day to schedule the install. On Dec 15 we were able to confirm the install date for Dec 19. On Dec 19 there was snow on the roof which created unsafe conditions for working. We rescheduled the install for Dec 22. Then on Dec 20 we had a opening in our schedule come available for Dec 21. We completed the install on Dec 21. Our office manager followed up on Dec 22 to confirm everything was good with the job. The response we received was "we are very pleased with the job from the beginning to the end so if we ever need anything else we will get a hold of your company thank you very much. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year". As I said earlier we appreciate any and all feedback so we can continue to improve. I wish I knew where to improve this particular situation but based on all of the information we have I do not believe we deserve a 3 star review. - Brian Boyed"
