We can't recommend Bob and his crew enough. They were extremely professional, accurate, efficient, and clean for a reasonable price. High class workmanship and Bob even came back an extra visit to make sure the job was done to his high standards. This is the company to hire for skylights or any of the other services they offer!

Had a sun tunnel scheduled, discussed having a different variety installed which required the timeline to be pushed back. Called twice and never heard from them again. Felt so blown off we prayed for their health as they continue to do work during this pandemic.

"Interestingly Im not suprised at this review. The homeowner did nothing but complain to me about the contractor who met with her previous to me about the same work. I gave her a price and a date for install. The night before she called my voice mail and changed the job scope after hours, for additional options that are special order with a 6 week lead time. . I had explained to her originally this is our busiest time and my schedule was very tight. Apparently I didnt get bacjk to her fast enough."

Thorough. Efficient. Professional. Bob and his partner knew exactly what they were doing and went right to it and completed the job in an hour and a half. Several neighbors were questioning the goings on and will probably be calling them! I love, love, love my sun tunnel!

The morning after my husband and I moved into our new house, we came downstairs to water leaking from our skylight. Skylight Plus came out, accurately diagnosed the problem, and had a new skylight and flashing installed as soon as the replacement came in. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. Would absolutely recommend. That was 3 years ago, and we've not had another problem with the skylight since.

Bob is a top shelf contractor, hands down. He was on-time, knowledgeable, nice, and kept a clean work space, He worked quickly and did an excellent job for a competitive rate. Bob did a great job for us - quick, clean, professional - and we're very happy with the new skylights. He even recommended solar powered blinds as an add-on and existing tax breaks covered the cost difference so we wound up with a superior product at the same price. Highly recommend.

Back in August they gave me proposals for 4 skylights to be replaced.I told him I wanted to go through with it. He told me he would do them, but he never responds to my calls, when he do answer he tells me that he will call me back in the evening and never follow through with the call. I've reached out to him 5 times and it's still no response. He is unreliable.

We did have a difficult time connecting for scheduling the installation, however in my defense my wife was going thru some challenging health concerns at that time and my time was divided between her health needs and my work. I did not ignore this homeowner intentionally, its just my wifes health needs took a considerable amount of my time caring for her. I will try to reach out to the homeowner"

Bob was recommended by our neighbour as well as Angies list. Bob went out of his way to get exactly what we wanted and he was realistic about the lead time. Installation was fitted into our schedule so no lost days at all. Install was very fast and professional once he had the parts. Pricing was very competitive. Bob deserves the business. One of the good guys.

Robert Stock is extremely professional, knows his business well! He came one day, determined quickly what was needed, answered all my questions, made his recommendations which we gratefully followed (Low heat, low UV glass). About 24 days later the job was done quickly and perfectly.

-Initial contact via Angies list week of 11/26/17. No response. -I called 11/30/17, talked to Mr. Stock. He said he was swamped, but would call 12/4/17 to schedule a visit. No call. -I called again on 12/6/17, again talked to Mr Stock. Again he said he was swamped. He did however say he would call 12/7/17 to set up a time for a visit on 12/8/17. No call again. If he does not want my business, just say so!!!!

I did place a follow-up email to check on the status of the glass order since it was several days beyond the 10-day order period. Bob promptly installed the glass the very next day! Installation of the glass went very well! I had absolutely no debris inside as he replaced the glass. He took old glass with him. You never would have known he had been here. Bob is very knowledgeable and efficient. I love my new lightly tinted bronze colored, Low E glass! I highly recommend Skylights Plus!

Excellent! Bob really knows his business. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable, fast and efficient. LOVE the sun tunnel and can't wait to have more installed. Lights up the room better than an electrical light. Good safety feature for hallways/top of stairs. His prices are low compared to others, and Angie's List members get a 10% discount.
