High class workmanship and Bob even came back an extra visit to make sure the job was done to his high standards. This is the company to hire for skylights or any of the other services they offer!

The morning after my husband and I moved into our new house, we came downstairs to water leaking from our skylight. Skylight Plus came out, accurately diagnosed the problem, and had a new skylight and flashing installed as soon as the replacement came in. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. Would absolutely recommend. That was 3 years ago, and we've not had another problem with the skylight since.

Back in August they gave me proposals for 4 skylights to be replaced.I told him I wanted to go through with it. He told me he would do them, but he never responds to my calls, when he do answer he tells me that he will call me back in the evening and never follow through with the call. I've reached out to him 5 times and it's still no response. He is unreliable.

Installation was fitted into our schedule so no lost days at all. Install was very fast and professional once he had the parts. Pricing was very competitive. Bob deserves the business. I did place a follow-up email to check on the status of the glass order since it was several days beyond the 10-day order period. Bob promptly installed the glass the very next day! Installation of the glass went very well! I had absolutely no debris inside as he replaced the glass. He took old glass with him. You never would have known he had been here. Bob is very knowledgeable and efficient. I love my new lightly tinted bronze colored, Low E glass! I highly recommend Skylights Plus!

The dripping occurred on a Friday afternoon and lasted for about a half hour into a bucket I placed to protect the carpet. I called Skylights Plus late Friday afternoon. Bob came to my house the next day and evaluated both of the skylights. Their seals were broken and while only one actually allowed dripping into the living room, there was evidence that both of us could see that both of them had leaked some in the past. The company that made the skylights was no longer in business. Bob recommended ordering 2 custom made, curb mounted skylights from Velux that would be available for installation in 2 weeks. After thinking about some other options for a few days, I asked Bob for a price for the job. He sent me an email with the price. I was OK with it, so I called him and asked him to proceed with the order. After 2 weeks he called me saying he had received the skylights from Velux and could install them the following week on a day that was good for me. We agreed on a date and time. He arrived 15 minutes before the time we agreed to on the day we agreed on and installed both skylights. I gave Bob a check for the agreed upon price. He could not have been nicer or more professional. I am very pleased with the new skylights, the job he did and the whole process.
