"A1-Quality-Work!
I had a small job on our roof and a few contractors came and gave quotes. Not only was Andrew's Roofing's quote reasonable, but they were pleasant, on time, and professional.
What bothered me with most other contractors that they all seem to have found "sever problems" with the roof and offer their services to maintain and repair those problems.
The interesting thing is that each roofer found different problems, and when asked about the other issues (that previous contractors found) they always said that that's not a concern.
On the flip side, some roofers I've had out over the past 10 years thought it could be fixed with some very expensive caulk.
Andrew's Roofing was the only contractor that thought that the roof was fine and didn't require expensive repairs. Our roof just needed some maintenance -- we had a couple small leaks around the chimneys. We had several contractors over the years caulk or re-flash around them but it never fixed the underlying issue. Andrew determined the problem required the shingles around the chimneys to come off and replaced the rotted wood underneath and installed ice and water shield all around the chimneys before painstakingly replacing the shingles.
We haven't had any leaks since, and the roof looks great.

"The Wyscarvers are an excellent organization with good carpentry & construction skills. Much other work such as plumbing, electricity, & roofing, etc., are done by subcontractors. All of the subcontractors did a good job, except for the electrician who was only average. Overall, they are a well organized company who good work."

"William responded to our inquiry within an hour and made an appointment for the very next day to assess our project and provide an estimate. We have a 2nd story flat roof and deck installed over the garage. Water had leaked through the deck and was dripping through the drywall ceiling in several areas of the garage. We were about to put our home on the market, and would not list the house until all repair work was completed. We wanted the job done perfectly so there would be no concerns on the part of prospective buyers, the home inspector or, ultimately, the new home owner. William understood not only the complicated nature of the project, but also our need to remediate all issues associated with the flat roof damage in advance of listing our house. After a thorough inspection, William explained that both the original installation of the 2nd story deck system and a subsequent repair to the roof had been improperly executed. He removed some deck boards to show us how water was pooling under the deck and the damage to the existing rubber roof resulting from the previous repair. William is both a craftsman and a perfectionist, with unparalleled attention to detail. He stands behind his work and will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. His crew is skilled, courteous and efficient. They put in long hours and cleaned up every nail before leaving the site each day. The work was completed on time and on budget. We were provided with transferrable warrantees for both materials and workmanship. The result is amazing. Since completion, we have had several episodes of high wind and heavy rain, and the ceiling of the garage is dry as a bone. We could not be happier with the quality of work done by Focused Roofing Solutions and recommend them without reservation."

"I used to do roofing and put the previous roof on my house. I watched as they performed all the work and was extremely impressed at their speed and efficiency in completing the entire job in just over 1 day. The ridge caps, skylight and chimney flashing were professionally installed (see photos) and I was a little embarrassed to admit that I had done the previous work after seeing their work. Anchor was very courteous and professional in giving me a quote and were not in the least "pushy" in getting me to commit. Due to the extensive hail damage in our area there were many outfits that were vying for my business. They came when they said, provided a detailed contract and performed above and beyond my expectations. I was most impressed at how little mess was made. I have extensive flower beds around my home and nothing was touched! They even scoured the perimeter with a magnet to catch stray nails. They are local and professional and competitively priced. Highly recommended!"
