I decided to go ahead with all the work and options, including replacing the skylights which were definitely showing signs of age. The garage was completed in a day, and a smaller crew worked the next 4 days completing the more labor intensive work. I watched as they performed all the work and was extremely impressed at their speed and efficiency in completing the entire job in just over 1 day. The ridge caps, skylight and chimney flashing were professionally installed (see photos) and I was a little embarrassed to admit that I had done the previous work after seeing their work. Anchor was very courteous and professional in giving me a quote and were not in the least "pushy" in getting me to commit. Due to the extensive hail damage in our area there were many outfits that were vying for my business. They came when they said, provided a detailed contract and performed above and beyond my expectations. I was most impressed at how little mess was made. I have extensive flower beds around my home and nothing was touched! They even scoured the perimeter with a magnet to catch stray nails. They are local and professional and competitively priced.
