This guy are definitely not sales people but they may be the best roofers I've run into. They aren't exactly professional about selling you something but the thing I noticed was that roofing has a lot of subcontracting going on, but with them there was nothing.

Almost all the work was done by Jason Dunham who managed to squeeze us in on short notice. He was very helpful and obviously knows what he's doing. He had to replace part of the rubber roof and patch and paint the corner where the roof had leaked and rotted the wood on our patio overhang. To make it possible for us to see what was going on with the actual roof, he took photos with his smart phone, showing us the before and after of each step along the way.
He figured out a way to repair the rotting corner without delaying the repairs for weeks by ordering the same kind of wood (redwood is hard to find). I supplied some paint, and he spent a lot of time on the last day sanding and painting the affected area. He even sprayed ant killer on it when he spotted a large ant.
Basically, Jason went above and beyond to make this repair. It looks brand new.

I received a glowing recommendation of RoofWise from my accountant & contacted them regarding a stubborn leak I've battled where the family room addition meets the original house. I also asked for a recommendation regarding ongoing garage leaks. Following a detailed inspection Roofwise provided me with an estimate which included work they recommended, as well as additional options addressing problems I hadn't yet dentified but were likely to cause problems in the future. I decided to go ahead with all the work and options, including replacing the skylights which were definitely showing signs of age. The garage was completed in a day, and a smaller crew worked the next 4 days completing the more labor intensive work. The workers were professional throughout, & made a number of additional repairs not included in the original estimate. Although the repairs were only recently completed, I have not experienced any further problems and would strongly recommend RoofWise for future roofing needs.

"(member name removed), I appreciate the kind words indicating our previous work was highly satisfactory. However, I don't believe we had a conversation concerning the quote being too high. I would not manipulate a quote in efforts to disqualify any bid for any customer. Since 2009 the costs of materials have nearly tripled for our industry as well as a sizable spike in the cost of doing business. i.e. permits, insurance, health care, workers compensation, etc.. I feel that these factors may have had an impact on the quote that was given in this time period, but I didn't realize you were unhappy with the quote I had given. Luthor was quick to respond to my call and rearranged his schedule to be done before the weekends expected rains.
After two heavy rainfalls I have absolutely no complaints. Work was done in high heat environment and they took their time to get it right.

They're pretty quick to response, do a good job & at a reasonable price. I usually work with Luther. When I first started contacting them years ago it had been really hard to find someone who would do slate roofs at a reasonable price & they've been great.

We had a leak as it was raining very hard and we had taken down the dinning room ceiling and there was a small leak. They did some patching. We used them 2 years prior to do a patch and flashing on the roof. I was satisfied with the outcome. They came out to do the patch and we had them give us an estimate for a new roof. We have some problems on our second floor because we don’t have too much of air flow. They didn’t really come into the house to see what the problem was and you really can’t tell in the winter but in the summer it is very hot. It took us 2 weeks to get an estimate from them. I got another estimate and they took into account the air flow. I would rate them high for the patch stuff but I don’t know if they really understood my problem with the summer heat on the 2nd floor. We haven’t done anything about re-roofing yet but I don’t know if we would with them because they didn’t take into account the problem we have with heat in the summer. Their responsiveness was very good and they came out the very next day to do the patching. I wouldn’t use them for a new roof but I would use them for patching.

The roof had been damaged by hail and I'd had estimates up to ten times this amount, as one company insisted I needed to tear the roof off and replace it. Over several months we discussed the scope of what would be done, with several proposed estimates being provided. Roof wise made a concerted effort to get the job done before winter weather, and I'm very happy with the quality of the work they did. The flashing around the landing is not only fully functional, it is extremely aesthetically pleasing. It will also last a very very long time--beyond my lifetime. Several other roofers bid on this job. This was the lowest bid; it was the only bid that had a scheme for redoing the flashing around the landing that made any sense. I felt I could communicate well with them, and I liked all of them.

We used this company over another because we thought a smaller company would give a better quality and more personal touch.
The sky light leaked immediately, was told it was because the interior humidity is too high and the "leak" was just interior moisture. Made me feel like it was my fault. "Coincidentally" it leaked and stained when snow was on the roof, no other time, or other skylight. Still looks bad.
Recently I had to have flashing glued and re-nailed, they didn't use roofing nails, just smooth ones, have had leaks because of this. I used my handy man, didn't call them.
Also, the shingles are already badly stained. Not sure if this is natural or not. None of my neighbors homes have it, just mine. My roof is the newest too. Wish we had gone with the larger company, for $10,000 less.

Roofwise was recommended by several friends and neighbors. My project was to remove the tin roof on my house, replace sheathing, install shingles, and repair/reline built in box gutters. Luther,a Roofwise foreman, came the same day I called to inspect the project to estimate the job. That was in August 2009. However, the roofers did not start work until right after New Years. I am highly satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company, the delay in start date notwithstanding. I have noticed some water staining on the soffits in two places, suggesting that some leaks persist. But Luther responded quickly when I phoned about this and I am confident Roofwise will solve this problem.

They gave me reverences where I could find other homes where they had installed the roof. They workers took about 2 days to complete the job and cleaned up after themselves and I was satisfied with the work.
