Excellent customer service. Roof exceeded my expectations. Amazing crew. Outstanding cleanup

25% less than three other competitive bids. Was on the job within a week and completed a total replacement of the decking and roof on a 2500 square foot, two-story salt box within a day. Used high-quality shingles and Velux skylights. Honest and direct way of doing business. Great communications, easy to work with, rectified a few small issues as requested. What else can I say! I highly recommend this company.

It went well

The project went well from beginning to end. The quotation process was efficient and low-pressure. The price was competitive when compared to other LICENSED contractors. The installation crew was competent and the cleanup was done well. The owner was out several times during the day and made himself available to answer questions. The only problem was some scratched paint on one of the gutters which the owner fixed after finding an exact paint match. I am writing this review several months after the installation, and there have been no leaks or other problems encountered. In all, this was a very good experience.

Excellent service communication was great. Prices were great. Everything as promised including schedule work on time. The owner checked work and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. I’m extremely satisfied. Everyone was professional. Highly recommend this company

A good size tree branch fell on the roof. I was concerned about potential damage and water leak so I called Roof Medic. Tony picked up the call and told me that he happened to have another job in my area and could come in a few hours. When he showed up, he climbed to the top, cleaned the branch and other small debris, and inspected the entire roof. He told me roof was in good condition and no damage was done. When I was about to write the check, he said it was not necessary, not a big deal for him anyway. I felt obligated to pay something and asked if he could do annual check up for a fee. He said he did do that type of work but my roof was in good shape and no need for it even in the near future. He is the most honest roofer I have ever met.

New roof was put on in one day. The old roofing materials were picked up and disposed of. All in all, a good experience and I would rehire.

Each step in their refined process shows dedication to work quality and customer satisfaction. These character-qualities showed up in the craftsmanship of my beautiful new roof. Do your self a favor and check with Tony's people first when getting an inspection for repairs. You will get a fair estimate, from an honest company, with real professionals.

A six man crew started on the roof early in the morning and stripped off the old one and had anew roof completely done by about 4:00 PM latest. They also super well picked up all around the house and hauled off all debris and swept the area with magnets to ensure all nails were gone. After they left the yards looked better than they did before they arrived. The gutters were an interesting project. I had explained that we'd had ice damming in one area and gutters running over in several spot during even moderate rains. They took a good look at the problem and explained that they would give me ice damming protection up to 3 feet above the eaves all around. But my gutters at 4 inch were sized too small by the builder. They replaced all gutters and down spouts with 6 inch stock about a week after the roof was finished. That job was done in about 6 hours and all cleaned up to the same high standards around the home.. The price for the gutters was very, very reasonable, and the roofing price was very competitive with other estimates. My wife and I really liked the jobs all being completed in one day.

We have had multiple companies over the years come out to try and fix the problem. NO success. Mike Willis is the first person to go into the attic above the garage and family room. Turns out we had little to no ventilation over the family room and the attic over the second floor. Many rusted nails and moisture. They came out replaced the roof, added ridge vents. They also redid the siding where the driving rain would hit the house. I've waited to write this review. The work was done in March 2020. Thank you Mike and Roof Medic. This is the first spring and summer that we have had NO leaking. The leak had plagued us for 15 years. You get mighty tired of repairing the ceiling after someone says the leak is fixed.

Absolutely fantastic. Two other companies told me I needed a new roof. Roof medic found a nail that was wedged under a shingle, took a picture for me, and repaired it on the spot. No more leak. Says my roof is in good shape. Looking for HONEST??? This is it.

Great. I feel sorry for most of you trying to hire a roofing company. It's so hard to find a company you have confidence in. I have been in the roofing industry for over 35 years. From owning a roofing company, selling roofing jobs and being a manufacturers representative. Tony West just to work for a company I sold for, do I have know him for over 20 years. This is why I had Roof Medic do my roofing projects.

They replaced my shingles on my house and my garage. They did a very nice job at a very reasonable price. I got over 10 estimates for this project. Most roofing contractors will say anything to get your business. I actually had a couple highly rated contractors who gave me an estimate that was twice as high as Roof Medic (with no better ratings). Several contractors gave me estimates a couple thousand dollars more than Roof Medic (again with no better ratings). Not only does Roof Medic have very high ratings, they also have very reasonable prices!

These guys are wonderful. Called months ago with water issue due to some flashing coming up from our roof. Took care of it quickly and right away. A few months later had some more issues with the spot came back out found it was a condensation issue climbed through eaves found the issue and took care of it as part of the original call. No issues since and its been months! Glad they found the issue and didn't try to sell is a new roof!
