I had them out to repair a leak initially. I had also purchased a full inspection which was completed after their repair because I wanted to make sure there weren't any other leaks. It went really well! They showed up right away (we were able to scheduled almost immediately after my purchase)...
Tarvin came within 24 hours to assess the problem and scheduled the repair for the end of the week. They replaced a leaking pipe that ran almost the entire length of the basement. There was no mess to clean up and the two plumbers were friendly and fast.
