He arrived on time, repaired the crack for exactly what he said the charge would be, cleaned up his mess and left a warranty. My Dad has used this company on two occasions for two separate leaks and was very pleased (which speaks volumes) so I called him with my problem. He did exactly what he said he would do. + -1 moreSATISFIED. THE WATERPROOFING WAS NOT APPLIED HIGH ENOUGH ON OUR WALLS FOR OUR SATISFACTION, BUT WHEN OUR CONTRACTOR CALLED HIM HE CAME BACK THAT DAY AND MADE IT RIGHT.
