Our washer wouldn't leak while he was here, so to wrote the invoice to note that he wouldn't recharge the visit fee if he came back within 30 days. He came back twice - once to diagnose and once to fix. Every time, he was able to come within the window of time that he estimated, given his other jobs. The one time that he was not able to get here earlier in that window of time, he called and kept me informed of what his schedule looked like. He fixed it, showed me the source of the leak, and charged a reasonable price for his services. I was VERY satisfied with his work and responsiveness."

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. Only negative was the total cost, as it was more than 2x our local company Allen Drain. But I wanted a plumber and not just an unclogging service, just in case.
