Bob showed up on time and was professional. He obviously knew what he was doing; explained what the problem was and why the action I had already taken (cleaning gunk out of the bottom inside drain) was all it needed. Wasn't even going to charge me, but I asked him to clean the back of my fridge - so he charged $29.95 + tax. (I would've paid for just the house call anyway, as to do otherwise wouldn't be fair to the company.)

He arrived a little earlier than scheduled so I almost missed him. But luckily I caught him before he left the driveway. He didn't have the part needed on his truck. So, he went to the parts store and got it so he wouldn't have to make a return trip! He did a good job. I would hire again for this or other appliance repair.

He took it apart and found some items that were obstructing the filter- put back together and ran a short cycle- all fixed and in less than an hour. Very satisfied!

Precision Appliance had to order the part from the manufacturer due to shortage of parts in the market stream. This was a problem created by the mfg. Once part was received work was finished in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Precision Appliance for repairs.

He was very professional, and even though I did not meet him, my father was very impressed. He did not try to overcharge, and I was able to get my refrigerator fixed within a week (a part had to be ordered, and my unit is over 10 years old) and under $200. VERY pleased.

Bob quickly diagnosed the problem and tested to make sure he was right. He didn't leave until he was sure the machine was working properly. Very professional (and he let me watch!) I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Went very well. Tech was on time, got right to the problem, and offered solution. Unfortunately, the repair was going to be costly due to oven needing a new electronic panel (not cheap). He provided his recommendations. Was not pushy at all. I decided it was best to get a new unit due to the circumstances and age of appliance.

awesome! frigerator was not keeping cold or freezing ice and back of freezer was iced over He checked and found frost thermostat was broke, replaced it and used his equipmet to defrost all the iced over area Checked to make sure everything in it was working correctly friendly , fixed quickly and cleaned up, and replaced all food in freezer price was very reasonable. if needed, will definetly use again

. I called Bob yesterday morning and he came over right away. He knew exactly what the problem was with the freezer. Since the defrost timer switch had worn out the freezer was not going through the defrost cycle and frost had built up inside the freezer. He was able to replace the parts that day because he keeps the most commonly needed parts with him in his vehicle. The was very neat and clean in his work. The freezer is working fine  now. He is a very friendly and has a wide range of knowledge in all  the  appliances in your home.  I definitely will call him again !!  

Bob is always punctual and professional. He's got a warm and friendly attitude. Keeps his work area clean. I've hired him several times in the past and realized I needed to make his good work known via this review.

He was very professional and courteous.  Washer would not drain so he removed the water and fixed the drain pump.  It was important to him to keep the area clean and dry. He also took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what caused the problem.  When finish with the job I was very happy to have my washer working again and still is

Bob was courteous, professional, prompt & affordable!!! When I called and shared my dishwashers symptoms, he was very knowledgeable as to the problem. He gave me an appointment the next day and was prompt. He was very informative as he worked and best of all he was exceptionally affordable!!!! I will definatly call him again for repairs!
