"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"Had Jim come out to give me an estimate and hid did a very thorough job.  Called him a few months later to have the insulation and ventilation needs addressed.  Jim and his crew were very professional, trust worthy and they did a great job with the installation.  Jim walked me through the work when they were finished and the price ended up being less than what he originally quoted me.  I can not say enough about Jim and the company.  It is very hard to find great companies who show up on time, are professional and deliver a great product, so I always like to praise the companies that do,  Jim and his crew were all of the above, professional and provided great customer service.  I would highly recommend North Coast Insulation and Ventilation, you will not be disappointed.  Thanks for the great work and a warm house.

"I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"

"TONY AND HIS CREW WERE GREAT. THE R-VALUE OF THE EXISTING INSULATION WAS ABOUT A 1 OR 2. THEY COMPLETELY INSULATED THE ATTIC AND INSULATED THE WALLS AROUND A SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM. INSTALLED ALL NECESSARY VENTS. MY R-VALUE IS NOW AROUND 38 AND WE CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE. TONY AND CREW WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, FOCUSED, AND CLEAN. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ENSURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WITH THE ROOM WALLS. THEY ENCOUNTERED A STRUCTURAL PROBLEM AND FOUND A SOLUTION. THIS WAS MONEY WELL SPENT. I AM GRATEFUL THAT I FOUND AND CHOSE THIS COMPANY."

He went over the whole job and explained my options and educated me on what I needed to have installed. Within two weeks the company had me scheduled for the installation which was perfect for my timeline. The two men that showed up to do the job were great. Jessie and Shane were courteous and professional and went over everything they were going to do. They had the job done in about five hours which was much faster than I had anticipated. It looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and double checked to make sure everything was working properly. They explained how to operate the unit to me and went over all other information that was important to me, like the warranty. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have any HVAC work done on their home...
