The team that worked on my roof/flat roof/gutters did a great job. They worked with me nicely on scheduling the project start date. I had a few job change orders but they showed me the damage and explained their approach before moving forward. The result was a little more than I had originally planned but I do enjoy coming home and seeing the nice new roof and gutters. They even returned the next day to fix a few areas that concerned me before the final sign-off for the completed project. I would recommend them and their products. The GAF Manufacturer returned my call on a prospective client question the next day and the competitor I was considering didn't ever call but emailed 8 days later without really answering my questions about their product warranty.

He took the time to inspect advice and recommend the best solution for our rooftop. He quickly responded to our phone calls

I really liked that the owner came out and explained everything to me. Although the shingle price was good, the additional costs of facia, soffit and gutters were too high for me.

Although we had to wait some time for installation to begin due to Covid, they did a great job with the installation! The installers were very kind and did a perfect job, paying close attention to detail. I would def recommend Tim’s for vinyl siding/gutter/window installation.

The gentlemen who installed our siding were fabulous, respectful of Joe/me, cleaned up every day when they were finished, showed up o time and worked late. The job they did was wonderful and we have had so many compliments on our siding from neighbors and friends. Jason quoted us a price and never deviated from that quote. Jason also showed up on time when we were doing our estimate and helped match our siding to our barn siding. Was more than pleased with Tim's Mid-Ohio Home Improvement company & would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting new or replacing old siding. Great job on my siding

We had storm damage to our roof, I called Tim who gave me a quote as the insurance adjuster was there so they could talk to each other Old roof was off and new on in 4 days. Big roof home is 4000 sq ft. Excellent job on install and clean up. Would highly recommend them.

"From walking the existing 21 year old shingle roof to explaining the scope of the the complete tear off, and installation the new 36 squares of shingles, flashing, replacing vents, flashing existing skylights and "spotless" clean up of all debris, the original quote remained the same. Hats off to the roofing crew for completing the work in 1 1/2 days. Great job from start to finish. Thank you!

I am having all siding replaced, new gutters installed, new picture window, and porch railing. The job is almost done and I am more than satisfied with the work and customer service. These guys have been great to work with. Looks like a new house. Highly recommend.

We had 3 estimates before we had chosen Tims Mid-Ohio Home Improvement. We are under a tight budget and they were cheapest appraisal. Tim Carper the owner was the one who came out for the appraisal. He was the 3rd estimate and I was pleased on how well he knows the product and material been used. He explained everything to a T. The estimates that came after were just not as detailed or impressive as Tims. We had received a folder with samples of the materials that would be used with a itemized spread sheet with a break down on the cost for all material and services being preformed very professional. My wife and I can not say enough about Jim and his crew of workers. They were all polite and professional. Jim is the lead man and also works with his crew very hard worker and very smart. We highly recommend to everyone looking to have there roof replaced that you get a estimate from Tims Mid-Ohio Home Improvement. Oh and also the estimate that was given. Great job to you Tim and your outstanding work force. We will use Tims Mid-Ohio Home Improvement again and again for windows, doors and siding. Very professional . Clean up perfect.

I was matched with Tim’s Mid Ohio Home Improvement to install a metal awning on my home. Initially, I was very impressed by their prompt customer service in calling me and scheduling an appointment for the coming Tuesday. What I got instead, though, was a monumental waste of time. My mother and I were both left waiting around at my scheduled appointment time of 10am (on a work day) for nobody to show. Even after reaching out to the company via email, I have still received no response as of Friday morning. Based off reviews, it seems like this company MAY do quality work, if they feel like showing up for the job that THEY scheduled. 0/5 stars if I could - unreal that they have still not reached out to correct this, apologize, or explain the no call no show. Beware!

We had originally contracted for shingles to be redone but upon removing the shingles found that a large portion of the sheeting was bad. They gave a solid quote and proceeded with the repair. This extended the original timeline by half a day. The crew was fast, efficient and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend them.
