"Really well. We needed a half split system as we have a 100 + year old house with a boiler and required air conditioning for health reasons. We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. Grade A+ all around."

"The serviceman who arrived for the job, Richie, was extremely friendly, courteous and professional. He called ahead, arrived on time and was very thorough in checking and re-lighting my furnace. He communicated very well what needed to be done for the inspection and even showed me step-by-step how to light the pilot myself for future reference—great info to know! He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time. The price for the inspection was very fair and it was money well-spent. I highly recommend K & K and of course, I’d be glad to call on them again for future service."

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. "Excellent Service...Ryan and his team came out and gave an estimate within 24 hours of us contacting him and had the new Carrier 120k BTU dual stage furnace and April whole house humidifier installed 3 days later. Communication was great, super competitive pricing, didn't oversell or try to add on long term service contracts. Ryan and crew arrived on time at 7:30am the day of install, completed the work as planned, layed cloths on areas they were waking and clean-up when done. Awesome service and a great price....would recommend to anyone in the area."

"Wow, it's great to know that great customer service still exists! Our furnace was on it's last leg (stopped working) and we were thinking of trying to fix it ourselves, I thought that we only needed a Hot Surface Ignitor.
I called and asked if I could buy one, they gladly said yes after so many said no. Anyway, after further thought, we decided just to have them come out. The woman on the phone (Ashley) was very accommodating and was willing to take extra steps to look up additional information for me.
The young man who thy sent to check the furnace was prompt and on time. He trouble shot (at least for an hour and a half) until he found out what the problem was. He gave us the price to replace the part. After considering the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, we decided to replace. The service man was equipped with the catalog and the prices to speak intelligently about what we needed.
We appreciated that he didn't have to make a million calls to get the information that we needed. He then called Sue to find out when they would be able to install, the closest time was the following Monday (it was Friday and very cold). We then asked if they would be able to do it on Saturday. They were able to accommodate us for a slight premium which we felt was fair ($250).
They said that they would be there on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15 a.m. - great! They worked very hard and got the furnace installed, the OWNER, even came out and shook our hands which was a very nice touch. They were done at about 3 p.m. We can't wait to get our A/C replaced in the spring and and work with WeatherKing - first class company!
