"I was not real pleased with them. It started with the sewer backed up into our basement. Then we had them come out and run a camera in the system to find where the problem was. They didn’t have a definite answer for that, but they suggested we dig it up. Once they replaced it, which they seemed to have done an adequate jog replacing it; they were extremely pushy trying to sell further services. They wanted me to replace more than just from the house to the street. They wanted to go up to the house and do a lot of excavation under the foundation that really wasn’t necessary. When I looked at the camera work it showed that those areas where they were trying to get me to change, were cleaned and opened. There was no need to do the extra work and they were very pushy about trying to get me to go for the extra work."

"My main sewer line was backed up (standing water) which meant I qualified for the 1 pass with small spade adapter at end of snake and only go 75ft out in my line. ( if my clog was 100ft too bad for me and would be $420). If you have clog and standing water you get one pass up to 75ft with no root cutting blade. First time customer that one pass cost $93 and hopefully it’ll unclog your line. ( it did for me ! Ya! ). If not then starts the real bleeding $$$$. I’m must of been under a rock for last 20 years but close to $500 to snake your sewer line is outrageous! So if you have loads of money and money isn’t a factor? They were professional and got the job done same day, if you are tight on cash I’d look elsewhere! That’s why they won’t quote any kind of price over the phone because they’d never get their foot in the door. Good luck and good flushing."

"Called for an estimate only. They returned my call quickly came out and gave me a price range from high to low. They were ease to talk to and seemed like friendly guys. They allowed me to look at the root ball so I could visually understand the nature of the problem. "Heath and his crew carefully excavated around the area of the suspected blockage or break and found that the original drain line had not been properly connected when it was originally installed and had caused the four-inch plastic drain line to become clogged with mud and stop working. Heath connected the four-inch drain line as it should have been connected when it was originally installed. He connected the drain line from the house and the existing clean-out pipe to the existing drain line with a 45 degree elbow.
Before I called Eand B Wooley, I had started to install a collection sump box where the four-inch line connects to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line. Heath connected the lower end of the green four-inch PVC drain line to the six-inch farmer's tile drain line and my collection sump box with another 45 degree elbow to complete the installation. He tested the connection and the water flow to make certain the line was draining properly before filling in the area he had excavated. After confirming that the drain lines were working, he carefully filled in the areas of excavation and leveled the ground to make certain damage to the surrounding grass was minimized.
I was completely impressed by the professional work Heath and his crew accomplished to isolate, identify and correct the problem of the original installation. Heath's services were very cost-effective. While the results of the new installation haven't been tested by a heavy rain and high ground water, I'm confident the system will work better than originally installed.
