Ed is very friendly, efficient, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was honest and straight forward with how and when the work would be complete. The following year when we had a small issue, he came out the next day and took care of it. I would definitely recommend them for your pool needs.

Great service, great work. They were able to troubleshoot issues with pump motor and heater, provided new parts cost effectively and in a timely fashion. They responded aptly to our inquiry.

Ed and has his team put in a huge inground pool for our family. His experience and attention to detail have been amazing. The pool turned out great. They have opened and closed the pool for me every year as well. Ed makes sure that any minor issue, gets corrected and he is not satisfied til things are perfect. I'm having them install a new liner at a rental property of mine as well. Very fairly priced and easy to get along with.

The Pool Guys are fantastic! Ed and his team recently replaced the liner on our inground pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I contacted several companies, but The Pool Guys were the only ones who came out in person, took proper measurements, and brought actual liner samples to choose from. Their pricing was very reasonable, and two seasons later, the liner still looks brand new. We were so impressed, we’ve hired them again to replace the liner at our new home!

Awesome service. Great communication. Experienced problem solvers! The Pool Guys replaced our liner amidst the many challenges of having a salt water pool. There were several issues in need of resolution giving the corrosive damage that had occurred. Because of their knowledge and expertise, they were able to address all of our issues in an efficient manner. We’re so pleased with the installation. In addition we’re grateful for the open dialogue and follow up after the completion of the job. We would highly recommend “The Pool Guys” to tackle any liner related issues. We had a new pool liner placed at the end of last season . At this time the pool looks amazing and we have had no issues!

Ed and his son repaired our pool and replaced the vinyl liner and opened our pool for the season. They are very experienced and hard working and honest. We are extremely pleased with all the work they did. The pool is an In ground 20 by 40 foot pool of 30,000 gallons. We absolutely would use them again and highly recommend them to fellow pool owners.

The pool guys are awesome, from day one to the installation of the liner, they are very knowledgeable and educational. We are very satisfied with how our pool turned out. These guys were the best!!! Very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. Needed a new liner for my pool. They got it installed and filled so fast. Then I had an issue with my pool pump and they again fixed it quickly and at a great price! They answered all of my questions and taught me how to take better care of my pool. Highly recommend using them. I won’t be using anyone but them!!

So immediately after installation, pool was leaking.- we had never emptied and filled before so after filling for 3 days, we realized there had to be a leak!! Called Ed and he would not answer or respond. Insurance company called him as well, but no answer My husband repaired himself, but we still have all the damage to repair. This was in June of 2021. Now, the steps are leaking and both corners have become detached so that they are gapped. Left message, but guessing he won't call back. Think we will take to court I believe we installed

Ed and his team were amazing. Kind, respectful and prompt. He gave me an estimated and he was on time and on budget Kept the yard clean during the replacement and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm glad I found an honest company to do the job. Highly recommend.

Ed saved my pool. It looks great.

Ed installed my liner last October and then closed the pool right after due to the weather. He was supposed to open the pool his season just to make sure everything was ok. I have been trying to call him since April and a month later he called and said he could come out that day if I didn't already have someone. I immediately called him back and of course no answer so I left a vm and said yes to go ahead and come out that day, he was a no show and have not heard from him since. The liner needs to be tucked by the stairs and 3 of the inlet fittings that go in the returns are missing. When he closed the pool he took them out and they are nowhere to be found. I sent him a text msg today with pictures of the liner and the cost to repair it and the receipt for the 3 inlet fittings. Total cost for me is over $300.00. If anyone is interested in taking this guy to small claims court, I'm interested. I pd over $7800.00 and now over $300.00. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. Its really too bad for his son who said he wanted to take over the business. He will definitely have to change the name since his dad has such a bad reputation. Dad certainly is not helping his son that's for sure.

Like many others have reported here, Ed does not return calls or texts in a timely manner after accepting your deposit. He has alluded to doing work in the order received, and cites the weather for delays but does not detail how many jobs are before yours while giving nebulous time frames like next week and never showing or texting to reschedule. At this point, and with the other customers having similar issues, it may be prudent to consider legal routes. I wish I had seen these other reviews beforehand.

We gave Ed a down payment last fall to install a new liner. We closed the pool in October because the weather started to freeze. We have been trying to contact him since April and he will not return our calls or texts. He has $2600.00 of ours and all we expect is a return phone call since it is now the middle of May and would like to get our pool open. Very poor customer service. Is it too much to ask that a phone call get returned especially when that kind of down payment is concerned? Come on, Ed do the right thing let us know when we can expect this liner to be installed!!!!!!

Had a pool liner installed 2 years ago does not respond had a leak in it he repair a week later and now 2 years later I have to replace a pool liner again that?s bs I think we should get a civil lawsuit against this guy and his company cause there?s a couple of people had same problem I had

Do not hire this company. I have been dealing with them since May of 2021, and we are STILL waiting for Ed to finish my pool. He replaced my liner and it continued to leak water behind the liner for all of last year and most of this year. In the process of updating my pool, he sold me on filling in my fiberglass stairs to make them more sturdy. He cracked the return lines, going into the stars in the process. So he cut my line and caped it. That was in 2021, while he was trying to figure out why my liner was leaking. Well, it was not just that because my liner continued to lift up from the floor. He also sold me a new inground LED pool light that worked for a short time but has since quit working. He is impossible to get ahold of. And he is the only way that you can attempt to contact this company. I have left countless texts and voicemails with no response. My liner has finally been holding since July 13th. Now I am waiting for Ed to get back to me about the pool light and the damaged return lines that he broke. And as of October 25th, nearly 3 and a half months later, I still have not heard from him to make this right. I want my return lines fixed and the pool light fixed. He will not respond to my calls. So here I go, still dealing with these problems, entering the 3rd season since Ed and the pool guys replaced my liner. It is ridiculous and unbelievable!

Ed, this is the only way to contact you since you do not pick up or call back. You replace my liner in mid-June and it looked great. I went on vacation and when I got back discovered there is a leak somewhere in the top 4 inches of the liner. I immediately called you and you did pick up and say that you had a job in my area later that week and would be sure to stop by since this was an emergency and needed to be addressed. That visit never happened, and every call and message I have left since then has been ignored. I just tried calling you today and straight to voicemail and another message. It has been over 3 months since you were informed of the problem and the pool has to be closed up this weekend. Please let me know if you do or do not have any intention of following through so I know what action I am going to have to take to handle this come spring. Also hoping to revise this review, it just takes some customer service.

They received half payment from me in May. He told me my liner would be installed at the beginning of June. They are now not answering the phone not once and I still do not have a pool liner in July. Very poor customer service. Update: text out of the blue saying they were coming by to pump out pool. Next day had the old liner ripped out and new one put in. Quality, friendliness, and price are a 5 star. Customer service needs improvement.
