Jill of all trades No job too small Home Maintenance, Renovations, and Repairs Painting Plumbing Electric Flooring Installs Winterizing Lawn, Garden, and Pool care Automobile maintenance/ Light Repairs Power Washing Hauling/Moving Services Odd Jobs Quality is my top priority I started at a young age as my dad and grandfather made me their gopher/flashlight holder. My father was constantly working on a project in our home, after he spent his day renovating homes to be sold. My grandfather owned/ operated a plumbing business out of Beavercreek. I helped him and my uncle throughout my teenage years/twenties. I have watched My mother and her husbands flooring business grow throughout my life. He started as an installer and now has his own warehouse. I purchased my home in 2018 and turned into my father, always working on a project. I have spent my career leading teams in manufacturing. But decided the time has came for me to do something I am passionate about. I strive for the feeling accomplishment and sharing the feelings of relief and happiness when looking at a completed project.

"This company is predatory and takes advantage of senior citizens. My 83-year-old aunt used them for one season only. She never signed up for services in 2025 and ignored their mailer because she did not want them back. They showed up anyway, treated her lawn without permission, and then sent her bills. When I called, they hid behind their ?policy? that customers must cancel in writing or by phone?an automatic renewal trap buried in fine print. Most people assume that if you don?t sign up again, services stop. Not with this company. They count on people, especially seniors, to miss the detail so they can keep billing. To make matters worse, they even turned an elderly woman?s account over to collections. This is disgraceful. ?? Warning: Their services automatically renew unless you explicitly cancel, and they?ll treat your lawn whether you approve it or not. These business practices are deceptive, unethical, and predatory. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that respects "

"This company is very pushy to get you to sign up. After that, it is up to you to make all contact with them. After about 3 weeks I had to reach out to them to schedule. We had wanted all 3 things done at the same time since we have dogs and wanted to get it done at the same time. When they did come out, they did not have the equipment to treat for army worms. Then we had to reschedule for that at a later date. I emailed the company on Oct 18th and explained I was not seeing any new growth in the bare spots. I even loosened the soil with a garden rack the day before they reseeded. They replied to the email and said they would open a free service call ticket to evaluate the reseeding. Guess what...haven't heard a word from them 3 weeks later!"

"The original provider of services was Turfman who retired this year and sold the business to Experigreen. Turfman was great. The gentlemen who services our lawn is Dave and Dave is great. Since Experigreen has taken over I had two issues. First, the continue to charge me sales tax and note on each invoice that it is the Hamilton County tax rate. We live in Clermont County. I advised them of this when they first took over the business from Turfman. They said they would fix it. Most recent invoice still has Hamilton County as the tax rate. Because our zip code covers two counties, it is not intelligent enough to handle different taxing districts in the same zip. They told me they would adjust the amount they charge me, but will not change it to Clermont Count. So Clermont County is NOT getting the tax money for their portion of the state sales tax. In my mind they are thus committing tax fraud. They blew me off on this issue. I did call the State of Ohio Department of Taxation to report this and they said they would open an investigation. Second issue, I should have asked them in advance the cost of grub prevention. Most lawn care companies I talked to charge around the same cost as the regular lawn service applications. Experigreen charged me about $250 for this service. I paid it as I authorized it. I should have asked what the cost was first. Called them and told them no more grub prevention. I will either do it myself or hire another company. I am starting to look for another company now who can charge the correct tax rates and who is more reasonable on pricing grub prevention. Hate to lose Dave, it is not his fault that the new owners are not that concerned about their customers."

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

In the fall, you should aerate the soil, overseed the bare spots, kill weeds, mow the lawn low, and rake your leaves. By boosting your lawn’s health in the fall, your grass will be stronger throughout the winter and come back healthier in the spring. You should also trim your perennials so that they withstand the winter and are ready for new growth in the spring.

Yes, it can be cheaper to fertilize your own lawn. DIY lawn fertilization saves the cost of hiring a lawn care company or a company that specializes in lawn fertilization. It’s important to handle fertilizer carefully to avoid the potential dangers of getting fertilizing chemicals on your skin. Also, using the wrong type of fertilizer or misapplying it can permanently damage your lawn. On average, the cost to fertilize your lawn using a professional lawn care service is about $250 and may be worth checking into as professionals tend to have the equipment and knowledge to apply the most effective blend of fertilizer to your lawn for the best results.

Yes, many professionals offer non-toxic and environmentally safe pest control solutions.

Fast-track your seeds to success by pre-soaking them for 24 hours in a shallow container filled with tap water. The water will penetrate the husk and moisten the embryos inside. After one day of soaking, sow the seeds in the soil. Never soak the seeds for more than one day (unless the specific variety calls for longer), as prolonged soaking could cause them to rot.

Yes—lawn renovation can turn your lawn from damaged to healthy in one month or less. You should also consider lawn renovation an investment in your home’s future. Not only will a lawn renovation ensure that you have a beautiful, healthy, and thriving lawn, but when it comes time to sell your home, the curb appeal will increase your home’s value.
