"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"While removing the old roof, the aluminum coverings on our mansard roof dormers were damaged. The roofing crew attempted to repair the damage but the result was not satisfactory. As compensation they deducted a small amount from the total bill."

While some people find the sound of rain on a metal roof pleasant, you can take steps to reduce the noise. Installing a thicker underlayment, adding insulation between the roof and the house, or using acoustic tiles can effectively muffle the sound.
