"We were initially Very happy with the work All-State Exteriors did on our roof this summer after some wind and rain damage caused leaking in our home. We experienced additional leakage after they had completed the roof and answered in a timely manner to repair the vents in our bathroom causing the leak. While initially doing the work on our roof, two of the guys asked to come in to look in our attic because they accidentally pulled out the roof jack, but we don't have an attic because it is a modular home and there is no access panel to the piping they accidentally pulled apart. They told us they were pretty sure they fixed it and we shouldn't have any issues. This should have been a red flag to us. As we enter the winter months, we turned on our furnace and it isn't working right.we call an HVAC company to come take a look and they verify there is nothing wrong with the furnace and ask if we had any roof work done recently. When we tell him we had, he looks at the roof jack and tells us that there are definitely issues with it and we should call the roofing company back to fix it as they should be insured against any damages they cause while working. We called a representative who we had worked with when we had the first issue after installation and he came out. He was here for approximately 20 minutes and told us it had to be with the piping and we would have to cut access to fix it and once the piping was fixed he would come out and replace the roof jack. My husband later that day cut an access point and nothing was wrong with the piping, this was confirmed by HVAC personel. My husband calls the same representative to let him know the piping is fine and the representative says he would be out Wednesday to fix the roof jack. It is Wednesday and by 1PM no one has came so, my husband calls the representative to confirm he was still coming out. This representative then says "Oh my manager forgot to call you let me have him reach out." When the manager calls my husband explained the situation and the manager asks "Why do you think that's our problem?". After more of a conversation as to why, the manager told my husband he would talk it over with the initial representative and call back. We are going on 4 days of using space heaters and no solution while the manager "talks it out with the workers because they are saying that didn't happen". Well, the manager called back and his solution was "If you buy a roof jack we will install it because my guy said that did not happen". My husband and I were both home when the installation was done and both know that there were 2 men looking to get in the attic because of accidentally pulling out the roof jack. I understand that you are roofers, but if you mess something up, fix it. Don't put that burden on your customer who trusted your company to do the work and not mess with anything else. I am highly disappointed in how this situation is being handled after a great first impression"

"I had a roof inspection and was lied to saying the under boards were mildewing and the hole roof needed replaced. Then when they were replacing they argued and proved that the boards were just green and very solid. It's been about a year and my roof is still leaking and I can not get help. At one point was told "go ahead and report me. I am the boss and I'll throw the report away" Once I found the real boss he ignored all my issues and I still have a leaking roof! Wrote this review and got a phone call. Upon returning the call the receptionist didn't know how to connect me to the person that reached out. Confusion throughout the whole company."

"We purchased a home in 2019 with a roof that Feazel put on in 2015. The roof has leaked repeatedly in multiple spots. A few years ago their Service Manager came to our home and told us they would replace one section of the roof for free. After a few months, we inquired about the plan and were told they had decided to go a different direction - do nothing except do repairs as needed. We've had multiple new and repeat leaks every year. That same Service Manager recently came to our home and introduced himself as if we had never met ! He said that Feazel had repaired the roof 3 times or more every single year since 2015. He said the roof wasn't leaking but that this was all attic condensation running through our ceilings. Hmmm. Strange that there is wood damage in the exterior eaves/soffits where some of the leaks have been - where there is NO attic space - and that our interior leaks only occur while it is raining! My PhD in Fluid Dynamics informs this University Professor differently!"

"They scheduled to come in March, they showed to the scheduled to do the installation that seemed to go okay. So, that was the week of March 21st on Saturday. And when they finished the job but nobody came to check anything when the entire order of the sliding casing for the locks were detached from the door and turns out that it was missing some bunch of screws when they came back on Monday. I had two different people to speak with over the weekend, but I never heard anything else. I even sent emails and photos to the company over the weekend but nobody responded and this whole thing. It was over a month a month now and it was still not resolved. It is very difficult to lock and unlocked the door which also makes my kids being annoyed with it. On weekend, someone answered the phone and told me that someone will come but nobody really came to resolved this."

"We’re about 12 years out from a completely new roof installed by Able and we’re already having to get another full roof replacement due to multiple leaks. There are several workmanship issues (exposed nails, missing nails, nails too close to the shingle edge) that contributed to the rapid decline of our roof. It’s almost like it was set up to fail shortly after the warranty period expired."

"Very responsive when reaching out to provide a quote and scheduling. It was a very small project so I wasn't expecting such quick interaction but I was pleasantly surprised. The team arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and cleanly."

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."
