It Smells bad for 3 days in attic as long as I keeped door shut didn't smell up rest of house. Crew was very nice. Confusion on wife part.They went out of there way to make us happy. Shane got back with us in less then 24 Hr. Everything worked out .

But they only did internal of attic and the floor not the roof or outer walll. And when they pull up floor in attic they didn't put it back down I had to try and put it down but can't very well because got foam on boards.Donna said the usually only do inside walls of attic. So I called back but have not heard from Shane. Outside walls looks good they took siding off where they sprayed and put it back up. cleaned up mess. for $6100. they should of done whole attic. cape cod style house. Crew was very nice

This business is veteran owned and the employees are very knowledgable and trustworthy.From the time Shane gave us our estimate to the spray foam installation process it was a very positive and enjoyable process.We are very pleased with the insulation, we notice a big difference in outside noise already.Nice,professional job through and through. I would recommend this company highly,5 stars.It is well worth the money to get retro foam insulation.

They were so pleasant and efficient; it also turned out that due to the structure of our home they couldn’t insulate as much as we wanted, but they cut the cost accordingly so that we didn’t have to pay the original quote amount.

Working with Shane and Donna was a great experience! I had four different companies come assess my house and give me a quote. Retro Foam was the second company to come out and I knew when they left, they were the ones I was going with. However, I let the last two companies come just to do my due diligence. Retro Foam employees were all friendly, professional and always on time!  I had looked forward to the insulation days like a kid at Christmas. The crew that worked on my home was awesome! Iâ m all for a company that empowers women! The women and young gentleman that prepared and insulated my home, weirdly felt like old friends. Their work went above what I expected. A nasty ice and snow storm hit the area days before their arrival. It never slowed them down.  After the first day of preparation and them reinstalling the attic, for the first time in two winters in this home, I woke up in the middle of the night HOT and had to remove some covers. Since then I have struggled to keep my bedroom cool enough in the winter to comfortable lay sleep in. What a difference Retro Foam did for my 80 year old house!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our experience with RetroFoam was absolutely fantastic … from the initial contact in arranging an appointment for the estimate, to the day that they completed the project. Their workers/staff were pleasant to work with and very professional from completing the job as promised, to cleaning up the small amount of wood shavings that the generated. I would/will recommend their service in a heartbeat.

Absolutely a wonderful team! They scheduled a 3 day completion but finished in 2 days. They are professional with great customer service. I can notice the difference of noise reduction immediately. My home was built in the 1900's and was definitely in need of insulation. They left the area clean and complete as if they were never here.

From our initial quote appointment with Shane, we knew without question, who weâ d go-to, for re-insulating our house. Donna, Kim and the rest of the installation crew were so conscientious / So personable / So meticulous. They treated our place as if it were one of their one, and can I just tell you how QUIET our house is? This is truly a case of a night & day situation. And my previously cold corner in my kitchen Is warm now (barefoot tested), and Iâ m sure I wonâ t need to break-out my space heater next winter, to keep my water line to the fridge from freezing-up. Seriously - Iâ ll keep my sign in my yard, and tell absolutely anyone who asks, for however long folks want to listen to me. or if they want to learn about how great this company, their employees and their products are! We hired this RetroFoam after moving into our new house. Any question I asked was answered professionally and patiently. They hit a pipe (which was too close to the surface of the wall, not their fault) and immediately took steps to repair the pipe and prevent damage. They made sure our trash still got picked up when they were blocking the front of the house. Overall they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and making sure our house got fully insulated on time even when they ran into issues that were no fault of their own. I really appreciated the amount of communication and updates they gave us throughout the day.
