This was an absolutely professional and expert job from start to finish. I needed insulation installed to replace the old insulation in my attic. The scheduling was easy, communication was flawless from start to finish, the job was done right and quickly, and my house was cleaned up at the end. Additionally they are insured and let you know that right off the bat. Absolutely recommend this company!

Jeff Moore and Seth both did a great job as the sales team helping me to coordinate my new home attic insulation. The crew that came out was very respectful and courteous and did a five star job of answering all my questions installing the insulation to my satisfaction and completing all of the tasks listed in the job

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
BEWARE! My wife and I were lied to by the high pressure salesman. So that we would sign on the spot, instead of getting another estimate, we were told we would get a 2k discount to slide into a cancellation the next week. lol sound familiar?? FFW to that next week and multiple reps for the company contact us regarding what availability they have for install. They had no clue about a Friday cancellation or us sliding into that spot. After they were very hesitant to even address our concerns about the 2k discount we were promised, their communications with us became laughably inept. No contact from production manager as promised, no night before contact to go over install and time details for next morning. Crew started 40 minutes earlier than was told and wife had a near miss from a shingle tossed from a 3 story roof as she tried to go to work. Sitting here writing this review, is 12 hours from being completely ghosted by a company representative last night. He contacted me to set up an appointment for final walkthrough and signing completion paperwork. He did not show. He did not call/text. No reschedule. Nothing. It seems the most important thing to this company, is not accepting accountability for their salesperson, keeping that 2k they falsely ?discounted? to get us to choose them, and then just giving up completely now that they have our money. I am actually surprised how poor of customer service we received. Lied to, left in the dark, and now completely ghosted. Company was giving multiple opportunities to make this right. It seems not acknowledging that they use high pressure, misleading sales tactics, and keeping that phantom 2k, was far more important than staying in contact with, or keeping appointments with us. All communication with company was/is documented. There is no exaggeration here. I am sure there are 15 companies in the area that can install a great roof. We chose the wrong one

The crew was on time, started and worked to completion. Every one was very professional, friendly and all about business. The project managers walked through and took care of the final details-the pictures, the cleanup and any concerns that I had. Awesome. The Twinsburg team was more than great.

Roofing Project. The sales rep was thorough in inspecting our roof as well as attic. He made recommendations and provided options. Project was scheduled and completed expediently. The roof looks good; not wishing for a deluge (of rain), this will be the test of workmanship.

The salesperson made false promises and didn't follow thru. They were spray painting my material on site when correct color should have been ordered. Payment was not handled correctly either. Everyone fell short of promised expectations!

Work was done promptly and efficiently. Completely finished in two days, with clean up like they were never there. When I'm ready for gutters, i'll call them again. Zachary, Justin and Devan took their time to explain everything, and answer all my questions. Very pleased.

So we had home Genius do our roof, and we had a small hiccups come up but Home Genius and there crews immediately fixed and remedied the issues. Silverio their crew lead was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And Devan did the final clean up and paperwork and was beyond professional. And we will be getting quotes for our windows from Devan this week. Highly recommend Home Genius and Crews.

Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so because of the great people that they staff. . P.S Give Devan a raise. Better yet make him CEO. In all seriousness this is an amazing company and you should call them for any need you have.
