"Do not use Appliance Service and Parts, Mount Vernon Ohio! I called him to do warranty work on my washer, he had me pay $300 upfront for the warranty work and I new washer top. The first appointment was scheduled for July 24 at 12pm, at 2:20pm I called to find out why he hadn't showed up. They said he was in Easton and it would still be hours before he would be there. So I rescheduled for July 30 at 1pm. On July 30th, He finally shows up at 3:30pm! Also I tried calling him 7 times and he never answered his phone. He tells me he has my parts but he hasn't fixed that type of part in 15 years and also can't find his tool needed to fix the washer. Then tells me that it's not covered under warranty even though I already had an email from Speed Queen telling me it was. I asked for my money back, he said he could but would still charge me $100 for the service call. I told him no because he shouldn't have taken the job if he didn't know how to complete the job, not to mention the only thing h"

Mike came out 3 different times in a year to tell keep putting freon in it. Each time he told us the issue was our fault and not covered by warranty. He never ran any test or checked for leaks. He told us he wasn't getting paid to be there. So we decided after a year of not having ac or heat unless we ran emergency heat we would have someone else come look at it and it ended up being a leak in the coil. Mike was rude and was hard to get a hold of. He complained about having to come out so far to our house. Worse service I've had from a company."
