Tony did a great job. He came a day or two before the basement project was to begin and removed the ductwork that was in the way. The following week he returned to replace the ductwork. Everything works great.

They come right on time and do what they are supposed to do. They come right out. There is one who is a little more professional than the other one.

They actually service my hvac twice a year. I like the convenient scheduling. They are very polite and clean.

Scheduling of the visit was handled promptly. Explained the problem and made an appointment for the following day. They explained their pricing up front - $70 to show up and $70 for every hour. The service rep arrived in the expected time frame. Learned from the service rep the water was not coming from the furnace, but he swore we had been running the air conditioning. Okay, this winter has been breaking all kinds of records. Through testing the technician performed, he said there is refrigerant leak in the indoor coil for the air conditioning. Looking at the thermostat would show it was set on heat. He gave a quote to replace the coils as well as to replace with a new A/C unit.

When questioned about the humidifier, the technician indicated the humidifier was fine. Then, specifically asked about the humidifier filter, he said it was good. The humidifier filter was definitely clogged and had not been replaced in few years.

We later found the cause of the water issue - the sump pump. My confidence level with the technician is questionable. It just seems the questioning about running the A/C in the winter as well as the misinformation about the humidifier filter reduces my confidence level. I don't know whether there is an actual leak with the A/C. It ran fine last season. And heating was also good this past winter. I will definitely want a second opinion before taking further action with it. At least, I learned from the experience that the pools of water were not coming from the furnace or humidifier.

I called and asked a lot of questions about humidifiers. Very good information received. Got a firm quote and appointment for 2 days away. Installer arrived on time. Very professional and neat. He had some problems setting the humidstat control up as it was a new model, but made some calls and got it done. Went over everything with me afterward. I asked if he had user manual for my Heating/Cooling thermostat. (not part of the humidifier) He got my model and went to truck and found one!! Wrote out invoice and I paid by Cr card. I live in Powell area.

He was polite, went right to work and had it complete in a timely manner.

They showed up on time, were very friendly and completely the job in a very timely manner. Felt like a friend was coming over to do the repair. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I had to call several times because my schedule kept changing and they were very helpful about changing my appointments. Would Recommend to Anyone Looking For HVAC Services.

Technician was friendly and professional.

The crew worked hard and pulled out the old furnace and installed the new one in a day. The were relatively neat, although some scrap parts were left behind in the basement. They had trouble programming the communicating thermostat, in fact they left the manual and I figured out more than the installers knew. They've been back to fix an issue with the t'stat and also replaced the blower whcih became unbalanced.

I didn't spend anything at the time. I got a contract with them where they do the servicing of the furnace and the air-conditioner, so I had already paid for it. My experience was good. They were efficient. They came when I called them. I liked the very fact that they came when they said they would come, they did what they needed to do, and they left. I would use them again in the future.

We have been happy with all the services so far. We have a yearly agreement with them so they come out and check the units for us. Everything has been an "A" as far as we are concerned. Whenever we have had problems we can get them out in a timely manner.

Vlad did a thorough search and found a leak in the evaporator coil. I was interested in learning what he was doing, and he kept me involved and explained exactly what he was doing. He was very honest and upfront.

I had called probably the week before, just for the annual checkup for the air conditioner. Between then and when the person came, which was the following week, the thermostat went out. He had to do some things because he was not sure where the problem was, and it turned out that there was a short outside, by my air conditioner, which I think is what threw out the thermostat. It took a while to figure out the problem, and he ended up replacing 3 different things. My experience with them was fine. I think the price was fair. I think the quality of their products and services was good although I don’t have anything else to judge it against. I would use them again in the future.

We called several companies to get diagnostic estimates and the basic fee at every other company we called was significantly more then Colonial Heating and Cooling, so we decided to go with the lowest estimate at least until we understood the nature of the problem. We called the company at 12:30 p.m. and a service technician arrived at 3:30 p.m. on the same day. He fixed the problem and performed all recommended cleaning/maintenance in about 30 minutes, and charged only the basic diagnostic fee due to the nature of the problem.

What kind of service takes messages, assures customers that it will be taken care of and then fails to transfer an a.s.a.p. message? A Lousy Service! By stating that wed use this service again, does not mean that wed recommend them. We really dont have much of a choice here, due to the Warranty issue with our newly built home. But if you have a choice when you go to build, I would say, try some other company.

AIR WENT OUT SUNDAY MORNING and THE MAN WHO CAME OUT CAME FROM BALTIMORE. DROVE ALL THE WAY HERE TO HELP US OUT. IT WAS WONDERFUL. I THANKED HIM!!
