Everything was great

I had my upright Yamaha Disklavier piano tuned by Mr. Ho. Before starting, Mr. Ho spent a significant amount of time educating me on the options for tuning the piano and the advantages of each. Because of this, I have a better understanding of what I am looking for in getting my piano tuned. Mr. Ho completed the job to my full satisfaction and would recommend him to everyone. FYI He is also a skilled craftsman in rebuilding pianos.

ok - a bit expensive

Shue did an incredible job tuning my piano. He is very skilled and very knowledgeable about care of pianos. He provided good advice on ways to help keep my piano in good condition such as making sure to use a humidifier during the winter and maintaining consistent temperatures and humidity throughout the year. I will definitely use him in the future.

He was great. The cost was reasonable. He's extremely timely and conscientious of his work.

It went really well. He seemed to know what he was doing and he tuned the piano very quickly. He also gave us some pointers on how to maintain the piano and keep it nice. I don't know how others compare price wise or technique, but I would hire him again!

Shue was right on time (2 minutes early, actually). He was very very knowledgeable, and professional. He was also great to talk to about his experience and talked me through the entire process of what he was doing. He gave me tips on how Tom make my piano last longer and charges me about half of what I was expecting. I will definitely have him come back when it is time and I would recommend him to everyone.

Shue Ho was very kind, quick to respond, and did an excellent job tuning the piano. I play for personal use and just wanted the sound to be clearer and in tune, and he checked with me to see what level of service I needed before beginning. The piano sounds great, and he was able to come out the day after I called.

Contacting and scheduling an appointment with Mr. Ho was easy. He arrived at the scheduled time despite it being a nasty winter day, and he was very courteous and professional. He provided much appreciated information about the current condition of the piano as well as recommended care and maintenance going forward. The price for Mr. Ho's service was very reasonable and less than we had expected. Mr. Ho also promptly followed up with some information which we had discussed while he was at our home. We really appreciate what a wonderful job he did and his pleasant visit!
