"I woke up Friday morning to no hot water at my home. I was given Aaron?s info later that morning from my cousin and called him around 3pm on my lunch hr. He met me at my house by 8pm THAT NIGHT to replace heating elements & thermostats in both of my water heaters. We weren?t sure this would work or if I would need to replace the units (having well water wreaks havoc on appliances over time) but he offered ?the cheaper fix? instead of just pushing new units which I appreciated. The repairs he performed got both units working properly but when we turned the water back on to the house, a leak had sprung at the main shutoff valve that had been damaged from years of exposure to the harsh well water. He immediately said ?well, looks like I?m not leaving?. He then proceeded without hesitation to replace the main valve that controls the water into my home. Had he not done that we wouldn?t have had ANY water for the night. He did awesome work and responded quickly to my immediate need!!!!!! "

Mr. Mason showed up when he said that he would and performed the work quickly. He cleaned up the area when he was done and then showed me the work. He had me test it and make sure everything was working as expected. He was prompt, priced fairly, and does excellent work. I also had him look at the dryer when he was there for the washer and he quoted me a price before leaving. He showed up a few days later and provided top notch service again. "Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++ I would recommend to anybody. "
